Within an hour of dropping the car off they had the parts ordered and a target date that they would be finished. Kept in touch every step of the way. “Super work, great price, trustworthy. I had a 2008 white pearl Santa Fe, and someone hit my right passenger door. Mr. Wall (a no-nonsense down to earth gentleman) looked it over, and gave me a great price and timing. This was in 2012. All the work was done on schedule, and the paint match was stunning given he had to match paint that was a factory color but had faded a bit after 4 years. My wife and I could never spot a difference in color, whether bright daylight, under garage lights, or on a cloudy day.”

“This has to be the best shop in town for many reasons. When I got in an accident all other shops in the area turned me away or said it would be weeks before they could even look at my truck, State Road Auto Body sent a tow truck to get me and started right away. Parts availability continues to be a mess in automotive but as soon as they could get parts they kept the project moving along at a good pace, and were courteous to call me whenever there was a major update without me needing to keep calling in. Although my insurance covered the repair I could see the prices were extremely reasonable and they were transparent about what could be done and what it would take to get the results I expected. Toward the end of the repair I called when I remembered there was a sheared off control arm bolt that the Chevy dealer said was unrepairable and gave me a quote for $800 to repair and State Road had the bolt removed and replaced without changing the total repair time. When there was a price discrepancy favorable to me Ray called to let me know he would put that toward the cost of repair, which he could have not told me and I would probably have never caught that. The work was so good the body lines are better than factory on the side they worked on. Awesome shop, honest and friendly techs and owner, when I have body or repair needs from here on I'll be back to State Road Auto Body.”
