This place is great, Chet was incredibly helpful. I told him what I was trying to do with my kitchen sink and he had me text him some pictures to find the right part. Home Depot isn't going to do all that for you!!! Great experience, I'll be a customer for life at a place like this over a big box store.

Second time I had the guys out to have work done. Stack was removed and replaced, new PVC ran back to sink. The guys did a great job done in no time cleaned up where u didn't know they were there. Excellent work would recommend Big Creek Plumbing to everyone

These guys are awesome. Went in for a Moen part that I searched high and low for, took them a few minutes but found it in the stock they had in store. The tool to remove that part was out on loan. They called another supply house down the road, ordered it and I went to pick it up. Highly suggest going to this place for any plumbing questions you have.

One of the best plumbing shops hands down in Cleveland Ohio especially if you are disabled not only did the gentleman that took care of me come out to my car but he also let me borrow one of his tools to finish the job that I had to do at my house oh ya and he stayed opened a little bit longer for me also but when you are disabled it is hard for you to get someone at a gas station to come out and help but for this gentleman to not only come out to my car but to also let me borrow a tool to finish the job without knowing me I even asked if he would like to copy my driver's license but he said no that's fine so if I could give this company a 10-star rating I would believe you me

These guys were awesome. Went in hoping they had a couple 1990-era parts for a shower valve, and they not only sold me the exact in-stock parts I needed, they also gave me some debugging advice and tips to go along with the repair.
