“I have had several pieces tailored by Frank and Dominic. They have always been patient and the work has been excellent. You are not going to get your piece back overnight (well maybe if you really need it and ask), but you know, there are not 100 tailors down on Main Street. They are probably very busy. When it come time for a new suit of jacket, Terriaco's will be high on my list.”
“All the employees were very helpful despite being in a huge rush because of Black Friday, they offered help when I was confused looking for a specific item and when I couldn't find it. They were very sweet and kind and even price matched an item that was cheaper on their website, so I could buy it on the online value!”
“I’ve been shopping at this boutique the past few years and have not had one bad experience. The owner always helps me (and my husband) pick me out the best outfits and is always so helpful. “I have gone twice, once I discovered it! I had no idea it was there, apparently 2 months already. L O V E this store! There is so much selection and their warehouse sale racks are numerous. I got a raincoat, shawl and 5 tops for a "whopping" $39. :-) The staff is awesome. Racks are well organized, everything is neat. The staff really keeps up!The only drawback, through no fault of their own, is they have no available bathrooms or dressing rooms. I will not let this affect my rating since it is not their choice. It isn't fair, because Walmart gets to have theirs all open, but not this store. I think it should be the customer's choice whether we want to use the bathroom or dressing rooms, not the GCHD. (2020)UPDATE 2022, dressing rooms available, but still, no bathroom :-( however, I still love this store! still has a pleasant staff”

And even then, sometimes the clearance section and less popular items makes it worth it.But I can't justify spending 40 dollars on a tshirt that is mass produced.”

“Went today to return something for my aunt that was ordered back in February and not eligible for return. Perfect condition unworn or touched shoes but my aunt had been online ordering hundreds of dollars worth of stuff while in the hospital undergoing treatments for brain cancer and we didn’t realize or know until May. So most everything is going to waste and now she’s out so much money because she did this while not in her right mind due to meds/treatment. The employee and manager were so helpful and understanding, very friendly despite me having a bit of trouble getting her email and info pulled up and technically being past the time for the return. It is so greatly appreciated that the manager was able to make an exception and let us return these and especially the patience and understanding they had. Store was clean, organized, and well stocked as far as I could see also. 10/10 store thank you so much!! Wish i got their names so i could call and let the corporation know how nice their staff is!”

“They've redone their store and added Sephora. It seems much more organized now than before. Staff is generally friendly and if you can wait for their sales, you can usually get a good deal.
They've also redesigned their checkout process and have made it much more efficient. They've included self checkouts, too, if you prefer to not wait in line.”
