Just had an awesome experience at the pharmacy. Giant eagle was super rude about not having the meds we needed, so we called Walgreens and they HAPPILY took over and went to bat for us transferring it to them. Will be going here from now on, thanks staff!

Flu shots are NOT free here, I dont understand why it is advertised everywhere that it is. If your insurance is not accepted here you have to pay 70$. It is false advertising to say that something that is payed for by certain insurance is free, because it certainly is not.

I don’t understand why this store says they are open until 10pm. I came at around 9:50pm and the doors were already locked. There was people even checking out and I waited for about 5 mins and it seemed the woman didn’t want to let me in. This is the second time this has happened. I won’t be returning to this store. False advertising.

Can't keep the pharmacy staffed and are rarely open these days. Tried to get a prescription multiple times, then tried to transfer it to Mentor and staff was rude and asked if I could wait until Painesville was open again. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do better, you're dealing with medications that people need.

Closed early a few times. Canceled our testing appointments a few times. Forgot to send out our Covid tests. Closed Sunday randomly. Can't pick up daughters prescription. Very disappointed.

Happy holidays and seasons greetings! Everyone Jesus is the season for the season and we all to be saved and blessed and watchful of the rapture. Also don't buy into the hatred and fear schemes of public broadcasting and big news channels. Just turn from your sins to the best of your abilities and pray for those that hurt you to develop better personality and character and also in your minds eye of serenity that you colminate you should pray that the ones you can be saved and blessed as well and do it the best of your abilities! Made an appointment to get the Covid-19 booster shot today (11/26/21). When I showed up for my appointment (5 min early), the pharmacist was not too pleased. The man (I assume he was the pharmacist) commented "they are triple booking us now" to the lady who was processing my appointment. Apparently he was not happy with my last minute success booking an appointment. But it is the Walgreens online system that indicated me the slot was available and I took it. Anyways, I filled out the questionnaire but they later informed me they can't administer the shot because my prescription insurance (Cvs pharmacy ) was not communicating with their system. When I told him how about calling the insurance company to see what the problem was, he said "sir don't argue with me. I can't give you the shot if my system can't communicate with your insurance." My impression is he tried hard not to give me the booster shot today and he succeeded. Not a big deal. I will get it later. But, i am not going ever to this Walgreens location!!

Don't use there COVID testing. They don't respond to your questions. I emailed and tried calling and no response. You would think COVID testing would be taken more seriously.

Bought keto strips there, didnt get the receipt, and when i got home noticed that the strips expired in Two weeks! Took them back literally an hr and a half after i bought them. They wouldnt even exchange them let alone give me my money back. The manager even told me the policy is to remove items that expire within 90 days! They basically stole my money. I wont be giving them any more of my money.

Nice employees and a clean store with a nice selection. Got my Covid shot. Was in and out and was very professional.
