Stay away from The Paw Wash in Painesville ?Nothing makes me more upset than companies who do not do right by their customers when they are in the wrong ! Mistakes happen, but make it right when they do.I dropped Link off for a groom on Monday and when I picked him up the groomer had mentioned they got some soap in his eyes and I could flush his eyes when I got home if they were bothering him. I paid for the groom and tipped as I always do.When I got home and looked at him I realized his eyes were in really bad shape! They were bright red/ blood shot and he wouldn’t open his eyes for the entire evening because he was in pain. I flushed them but nothing worked. He was miserable the entire 1.5 days until I got him to the vet.I went to the vet to make sure real damage wasn’t done to his eyes. They were crusted shut and oozing puss at this point. They gave him eye drops.It took the owner a few days to get back to me and when we spoke he was rude and trying to make it seem like they weren’t responsible. He demanded the vet records be sent to him and after multiple emails and conversations he refunded the groom $ that I paid but still refuses to pay the vet bill directly related to the groom appt gone wrong !!This is unacceptable. I tried talking to him multiple times before posting this and gave him the multiple opportunities to make it all the way right, but he won’t.This is not how you treat customers, especially repeat customers!Do you think he should have paid for the vet bill or no?Feel free to share!

Morgan does an awesome job ‼️our dog always looks great and likes going to Paw Wash. they must be great with her or she wouldn’t want to go back. You won’t be disappointed

It is a disappointment. The person we dealt with charged us extra without prior authorization for additional service. I would avoid this business.====Update:Re: same day appointment. Your website encouraged to reserve online. I went to your website and reserved the available time slot for the same day. Not sure why is it you make it sound that you're doing me a favor for a same day appointment. Typically, if there will additional charges, I expected a courtesy notice as opposed to charging me extra right at the time of checkout.

Kayleigh is our long -haired Chihuahua's stylist, and we highly recommend her. Sherlock is groomed so beautifully that he looks ready to compete in a dog show. He also seems very calm and is sweetly taken care of by Kayleigh, we're certain. We love the Paw Wash and Kayleigh!!!

Love The Paw Wash! Our dog gets nervous easily around other dogs, but she doesn't mind going here. The groomer is gentle & makes Gracie feel comfortable. She loves her baths & her groomer, Morgan.

I thought I would never be able to take my golden to a groomer because of her separation anxiety but Kayleigh proved me so wrong. Kayleigh is literally the dog whisperer, she is so patient and loving with every pup that comes through the door. My whole family takes their dogs to be groomed by her because she takes such good care of them! She’s truly amazing at what she does I can’t recommend her enough!

Absolutely amazing! We have two chow chows and it has always been a challenge to find someone who understands them and that our two pups aren't terrified to visit. We found both at Paw Wash. Highly recommend!

They have gotten me in same day for skunks twice now (ughhh) really appreciate the groomers though!! The dogs look great and smell as good as is possible for the situation. Reasonably priced and they are easy to communicate with.

I can’t recommend them enough! I have a golden doodle that ran and hid the second you mentioned the word “bath”! Now her obsession with Perry, Sommer and Taryn is so wild as soon as I say it she runs to the garage door to get in the car! She always looks fabulous when I pick her up and smells even better! 10/10
