Collin went above and beyond getting a nest out of the glove department. The only thing that didn’t like was when I left all my alerts went off and my check engine light went off, went back to them and they had no clue what happened.

At the end of July my fiancee came here for a routine oil change. They talked her into coolant flush and within a week her engine almost caught on fire. According to our mechanic they did not re-pressurize the lines prior to letting her leave which caused the issue and about $600 in damage. I leave this one star review because they have been jerking us around regarding this claim and today have told us we're S.O.L. They are not providing formal documentation for the denial so I intend on taking them to small claims court. I'm not the type blast businesses but she could have been seriously hurt or out of a car. I'm hoping someone will right this wrong for us.

The workers were extremely nice, educated, and answered all of my questions. They even took pictures of the parts of my car that were causing an issue so that I could understand what was going on. Would very much recommend!!
