Never had an issue coming here. It's very convenient for me to walk down here and I can order food whenever I want regardless of the hour and I can use my EBT card to pay. Wonderful sandwiches for a really good price and they have good doughnuts too. Everyone that works here is really nice and always say have a good day/night. It's a good stop, glad that it's here.

Love this store!! Jenna and Brandon are beyond amazing and always get my orders perfect!! Best customer service I have ever had!! I use the drive thru pretty much daily and they are so friendly. You know they are customer service experts when they even know my dog by name

This Sheetz is clean and newer so no complaints there or anything in the staff here. Never had an issue with either of those......But both entrances have a large bumps/transitions. Must be very careful when entering especially from Richmond, after entering at normal speeds, it felt like I hit a pothole. I have since needed to get my wheel rebalanced and an alignment. Drivers beware, enter from stage ave but also be careful, still a poor transition! Sheetz please fix this, it was never properly done from day one!

My husband was sent to the area to help out after a big storm. My daughter and I drove an hour and a half to see him and we met up here. The places was busy with cars constantly coming and going, yet the staff working there were great and very sweet with my 2 yr old daughter! The bathroom was nice and clean and items were fully stocked. Kudos!

Absolutely loved Sheetz as a teenager and love to go from time to time but haven’t been for quite a few months. Decided to grab it again and my same regular order only to be served hockey pucks and a dish sponge filled with grease in between. They are still drenching your food in sauce. Just eat food back at home. You’re better off a kid making you a play dough meal.

Waited 14 minutes after placing the order to pick up. Waited another 10 minutes at the store while the guy who makes the food stood in circles staring at the ceiling while my food was clearly already prepared waiting to be picked up on the rack. A worker across the kitchen heard me but not that guy right in front of me? Weird. Another time I placed an order waited 20 minutes before going to pick it up like the app suggests, then waited 30 minutes at the drive through staring at my already prepared order while they laughed inside, choosing not to give it to me until another car arrived behind me.. imagine waiting 50 minutes for fast food. Had I known I would of not ordered, but it was already paid for and I assume it would be a hassle to get a refund after ordering on the app. I try to make it easy for me and the workers by ordering online, paying in advance and waiting a good amount of time before going to get it.

I order here on the weekends sometimes, and everytime I do, there's something wrong with my order. Something I didn't request on my burger, or they never give me my dipping sauces. Ordered through doordash today, and they gave three different dipper sauces but none of them were the ones I ordered. Tried to call up there, and they let it ring twice before picking it up and hanging up without asking or talking to me.

Very slow service. There was a cook yelling that it will be 20 minutes or more if food is ordered. At this time there was more employees than customers in the store. I've visited several Sheetz and this one by far has the worst service and cleanliness

I've been here 3 times now. The in-app "Pump & Pay" feature is never turned on. But you don't know that until you try, then receive a message in the app that it is not working. At every other Sheetz in the area, this feature works, so I can only guess it is something this Sheetz is neglecting. Based on the appearance of the property and other reviews, this still somewhat new Sheetz seems to be struggling already.

Jenna is AMAZING! she’s super nice and always greets me and other customers with a smile. She also always makes sure my order (whatever I order) is prepared/made to perfection. I really hope they keep her at this location because she truly does make a difference there. You can tell she really cares about the customers and their experience with sheetz. Everytime she’s there you can tell because it’s a different atmosphere. The store is always welcoming; clean and stocked/organized. Thanks Jenna for being YOU !
