front desk tellers are quite rude and dismissive, along with banker Justin letting his clients have important phone calls with information that can be heard in the entire lobby. don't trust this location to keep your information secure.

First time being in this branch. I was asked why do I want to withdraw when I just deposit it last night. My reply was kind of rude by saying is my money I do whatever I want. Which is true and I apologize right after. Marie was professional and didn't reply rudely. Sorry and thank you, Marie, I respect your customer service manners

I would never choose PNC as my bank again, and I will be thrilled to close my account. My experience with the branch manager, Abraham, was dreadful. I required a Medallion notarization, and he requested additional documentation beyond what the requesting company stipulated. He confessed to having completed only one other notarization, which explains his inexperience. He claimed PNC demanded more paperwork than necessary. Unfamiliar with the procedures, he had to seek guidance over the phone, then requested a statement from me. After I provided it, he failed to return my calls for a week. Upon contacting him again for the third time, he dismissed the statement as outdated. These stipulations were not outlined in any of my documents; he had to inquire about them. It was an utter waste of time, and I am resolved to never use PNC again due to their extremely poor service and unknowledgeable branch managers! Brilliantly a waste of time!

I've been making a loan payment here in person for 5 Years, that equates to 60 visits. There is only one person on Staff who ever seems to have any recollection of who I am. Service is slow and genuinely rude. I will be thrilled when this loan is paid and I no longer have to visit this branch.

The BRANCH BANKER Abraham J Arcos is a knowledgeable pleasant and helpful individual. He has been very and helpful. The tellers also gave me guidance that was much more helpful than the corporate phone system. Thanks to all at the branch.

My rating is not for this location, or any location, but the bank in general. Poor customer service via any source (aside from a branch) and I've had nothing but issues with my accounts and credit cards. Their technology via their website and mobile app are of poor design and are very unreliable. Overall they are a very poor bank institution.

Went in there frist time in months an they had a guy im assuming the manager? Greeting everyone with a smile and a good morning, he was super nice and very welcoming. I do see what the others r talking about tho with the tellers, they aren't so much welcoming or nice smh

Very rude tellers! This is such a bad way to run a businese, the ladys who represent your company's never smile and always have a bad attitude with the customers. Would of given no stars if it was possible, I already switched banks, after being with PNC for 2 years best feeling ever when you walk in to a place and are greated with a smile, with respect and we like a valued human being!
