I recently moved from Wickliffe to Virginia Beach Va, it was the very first time I had ever used a moving company. All I can say is WOW!! They were amazing, from talking with Debbie in getting in scheduled to delivery! The guys, Mike and I didn’t get the other ones name, they were so polite, professional and kind. They knew exactly what to do and worked together with the very best team work! Delivery was the very same! I highly recommend this company for your moving needs

I moved from Syracuse, NY to Cleveland, OH.
It was a PERFECT moving experience!
With all the horror stories out there of moving companies, my experience was outstanding.
My crew did a lot of packing, loaded and unloaded in hirise buildings and crated special items.
They were on time, all the time and there was no damage to personal items or property.
I highly recommend Morse Van Lines.
p.s. Don't confuse them with Morse Moving & Storage based in Michigan..... not the same company.

They were efficient, professional, careful and very personable! Our move went swiftly and quickly thanks to the skilled moving team. The worst moving company! If you want your precious items damaged or lost use them. Not professional ,poor value and poor quality. I’m so sorry i used them for my move to Florida from Ohio . Two thumbs down! They should have a rating of negative 5 stars !

I had THE best experience with Morse. The three men who came to my home were rockstars, Chris, Bob and Deshon. They were polite and professional and cared about my property. I got the best when these three arrived at my home. They worked tirelessly in rain and hail and protectedmy property and home throughout the process. Definitely a five star experience.

Very horrible service. Was told guys would arrive between 8 and 9 they didn't show up until 1015. Very slow moving, not dressed for the weather as it was a very cold day. We were only moving 6 miles down the road. Took 6 guys more time to load and unload then it took my husband and brother to move just as much stuff. Whole box of glassware completely destroyed. Will never use this company again and will not be recommending to anyone ever. Shame on this company for sending guys incapable of doing the job and way over charging. Absolutely ridiculous ?

Worst move of my life!! I have moved numerous times throughout my career internationally, across country & locally. This review is due to poor time management, inadequate vehicles, inexperienced movers & bait and switch on quote versus final bill. I was recommend to Morse from someone who I contracted to do work at our new home & since they were local I figured that I would support a local business. What a mistake that was! We hired Morse Van lines for a local move on December 22, 2021. Moving from an apartment & storage unit (10x20) that were both located off of Heisley Road (Mentor, OH) to our new home in (Perry, OH). Although the movers were all very nice, they definitely were not professional movers. We had (2) teams of movers show up, (1) per location. I met the team that arrived at our storage unit with a “Uhaul”truck, 1 Supervisor & 2 movers @ 9:30 am. Which I was later told that I was charged from 8am when they “left” the moving facility. At the apartment my wife met the team of (2) movers with a small box truck that was not able to fit all of our furniture that was located there. Sending a small truck & two inexperienced movers to this location definitely did not help as there had to be a second trip which took an extremely long time. I was also told that these two younger movers could not stay the entire time as they had to leave at 3pm to go to their “regular” jobs as they were “helping out” for the day. Both @ the storage unit & at our new home I personally had to jump in and assist the movers with loading & unloading our belongings working as hard if not harder than the “moving” teams. We had furniture scraped up and damaged. Walls going into our basement with marks & discoloration. This move took from 8:30 am arrival @ our apartment & 9:30 am arrival at our storage unit until after 6:30pm?? Extremely poor time management. Finally, when I was initially quoted for this move It was expected to be $2,500. At the end of the day I was told that it was going to be over $3,300!! When I questioned this with the person on the phone I was told that the person who created the final bill had “stepped out” & that all this person could do was go by what was written on the bill. I asked if there would be a “discount” for all the the time & work I put in helping out & this was laughed off by the person on the phone & the supervisor that had told me that he wasn’t even supposed to stay for the entire move?? I was then informed that to pay with my debit or credit card that I would be charged an additional 4% as that’s what the card companies charge them & it was my responsibility? Then telling me to “write a check”. Really?! As I then enquired about the damage to one of my pieces of furniture the supervisor spoke with the person on the phone & the gratuitously agreed to waive this 4% fee in lieu of fixing our furniture. I called the very next day asking to speak with the owner & was told that she was not available to address my concerns. Much later in the day she left me a voicemail message “retuning my call”. It was the last that I have heard from them regarding any of this. Not great customer service. As an example we used Two Men & a Truck for our move back in March of 2021 from our home in Westerville, OH to both of the locations off of Heisley including drive time they had us loaded & unloaded in both locations & returned to Columbus by 6pm for slightly more than this “local” move. This is why I am sharing with everyone that I can inform that I do not recommend Morse Van Lines. Mario Dea

Absolutely horrible. They sent a truck that was too small and when I called to voice my concern I was adviced that I told them it was a small move. I will never ever use this company again 792.00 for 4.5 hours and 2 guys. BS. I still have to move the remainder of my small stuff myself. Otherwise I would have had to unload go back and have them load the rest which would have doubled the charges!

Clean place,not so friendly service.they took money from renters insurance and from my deposit.Not fair.
