“I've been with Makee insurance for almost 30 years and they have always treated me well. They just saved me a bunch of money on my insurance. Progressive insurance raised my insurance an excessive amount so I called Makee insurance and spoke with Mike Makee and asked him to look around for me and he did and he found me the same coverage with a different company for considerably less amount of money. Thanks again Mike, you did an awesome job.I also want to say that Jason , Barb, Claudia and Mark are also great ! If you don't have this company as your insurance agents you should!!!”
“Lori smul and her team are phenomenal, they get the job done, we were going through a home owners claim and were getting the run around from corporate state farm and we reached out to lori and she got on the ball and got it moving. “worst nightmare in my life booking a cruise with this Branch. one minute I'm being told that I could receive a refund the next minute I'm being told I can't get a refund that has to be issued in a voucher. while having everything in writing saying I am due a refund. customer service never followed up with any of the issues that we were having basically just told us there's nothing that they can do for us. save your time and go to another branch. in touch with the district manager now so maybe they can help me very disappointed on the way this whole process was handled”
