This was the fourth time I have had my hair cut here. I found a gal I really liked. Patti. She was out so I decided to let someone else cut my hair It’s simple take some off the length and clean up the ends. Explained I was going to a wedding and needed it long enough to wear up so asked for 1 1/2 “ off and no layers. What I got was 3 inches off, layers and one side is shorter than the other. It was so bad and so totally opposite what I asked for my first though was she did it on purpose because I asked for someone else. This woman should be fired

My son gets his haircut at the Concord OH location frequently. Service is wonderful! My son is an adult with autism. They always make accommodations for him and are very patient.Mary is wonderful! Highly recommend!

Yesterday i came here and it was a bit of a wait but it was by far definitely worth it, A lady named Mary (pretty that’s her name) did my hair and she made sure to not rush and actually took her time and not only did she do that she also did my hair the exactly way i wanted it.. by far the best place i’ve been to get my hair done

Worst haircut ever. The lady was rushing the haircut and don't even bother to use the cape and the tape. Worst experience ever. Very disappointed with the haircut. She cut it how she wanted instead of what i asked for. She cut my front hair soo short and didn't even out the back and the front, now my front hair is short and the back of my haur is long. I can't believe she even let me go out looking like that. I don't recommend this, truly unprofessional and the hair dresser is rushing, barely spent 10 minutes.

You get what you pay for. Asked for a simple trim around the ears and back of the neck and she really messed up behind the ears because she only used a trimmer instead of scissors the entire time. I’m very upset with my haircut and will never be returning.Service: Haircut

Had a picture and didn't get anything close to picture. Will never be back asked for them to texture with a razor didn't do it. I'm disgusted with my haircut thank goodness my hair grows fast

Worst customer service ever - completely rude and disrespectful. My daughter had a cough (she has had for over 3 weeks - tested negative for flu, covid, etc, and no fevers for 3 weeks). They had an issue and acted like my daughter had the plague, no one would help us and their staff was so completely wrong on how they handled this situation!!! She had a cough for so long and is no longer contagious, but if they would have had some manners and acted appropriately by asking her to please put on a mask, we would have complied. They need to learn Customer Service 101 ... just awful!
