This store is a MESS!!! It looks as if a bomb went off inside this store. It's unorganized, it's dirty, items are stacked so high on the shelves that it's nearly impossible to get at something without the whole pile falling over. Many of the items are broken or missing pieces and should be thrown away. And to top it all off the prices are very high. I've always thought Goodwill stores were supposed to be geared towards people that didn't have much money to spend.

This is a great location. Very clean and well organized. The prices are average for this day and age. I got a pile of wonderful gems for reselling. Housewares were all set in sections by color. Friendly staff, swift check out. Will return!

Used to love shopping here but since they did away with the discounted tag each week it's clear that people aren't buying like they used to because the shelves are packed and it's impossible to look at stuff without causing an avalanche. The last isle with crafts used to be my favorite now it's just got so much shoved in it you can't even see what a fraction of what's available there's stuff piled on the floor that fallen off the shelves. The isle with the coffee mugs is so packed you can't move anything to see the mugs in the back . I hear things falling and breaking several times per trip. It's dangerous and very unappealing . On top of that the prices on everything has gone way up more then double what they used to be.i stopped shopping the clothes months ago because of the pricing but still shopped the hard goods not I can't even shop them. I have gone in there and spent easy $60-$100 per visit now if I find a few items I'm lucky and even with the $5 discount your not getting the deals you used to. And I know I'm not alone in this cuz the store never looked this bad. I've read other responses stating customers hiding colored tags and rising costs of everything have led to this change. All I can say to that is this ain't working either .....back to the drawing board Goodwill! I don't believe these changes have helped with rising cost cuz guess what your customers are dealing with the same rising costs of living and youve made your stores unaffordable and unappealing I'll go down the street to salvation Army where they have 2 half price colors and 1 .99 cent color .....I always fill my cart there and the store is clean shelves stocks nicely and fresh and merchandise every visit!

The end caps are organized by colors and the aisles are organized by alike items such as holiday, toys, and electronics. There is even an electrical strip with outlets by the electronics so you can test your item before buying. The cashier was very friendly and helpful.

I used to frequent this location 3-4 times a week and have unfortunately only started stopping in maybe once a month due to their insane prices. They’ve recently started taking the “good” items and putting them in a glass case with laughable prices. It’s also an inconvenience to have to track someone down just to look at something. I’ve attached just a couple examples of their absurd prices I saw during a quick drop in. Also, they stopped their color of the week and now have a discount ranging between $5-$15 depending on what you spend. I typically spend well over $100 each visit and often have $5 rewards as well. The last few times I’ve been told I cannot combine the two. Every other goodwill in the area says this is not true and allows me to redeem both. With the ridiculous price increases and stingy rules on discounts, I’d rather shop elsewhere.
As for the attached photos, the first pair is currently brand new online for $59.99 and the other pair retail lower than what goodwill is pricing them at. I’m not sure why they find it reasonable to price items this high that they got for free.

It’s so funny how these goodwill locations all put out race related objects at multiple locations relating to Juneteenth very unprofessional to price and shelve a cotton tree to be put out on 6/19 ….the Cleveland location did worse

I use to come all the time and find great thrift deals on pottery I collect. Then about 6 months ago mugs, plates, etc were priced at about 30 cents below retail from homegoods across the street. I know Rae dunn use to be popular but if I'm thrifting I'm looking for a thrift price. Not retail for used. Brought to management attn numerous times... just left there's a RD 4x4 decor block for 4.17 (they retail 3.99)

Store personnel are nice, store was well stocked, place was clean, plenty of parking. Prices are too high for donated things, but that’s typical for Goodwills.

Hands down the most disgusting bathroom I've ever seen in my life. Prices for the merchandise was good, and the weekly deals are stellar, but that bathroom will keep me from coming back.
