I’ve been here a couple times and my car never gets clean. I think it was cleaner before I went through. For $10 minimum its definitely not worth it. The staff is pretty friendly though.

They have updated the wash and it does a really good job. Love the vacuums and towels. Great staff

Do not use this wash! I have a nice deep scrape from the brushes. Stick with laser washes!

The wash itself doesn't do a good job. The brushes missed parts of the side and most of the back of our vehicle. The only nice part is having the towels to wipe what the wash missed and the vacuums have great suction.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH, IT WILL SCRATCH YOUR CARI payed for their top wash on 2/21/22 and it scratched my truck pretty badly. (see pictures below) I submitted a claim to Giant Eagle for the damages for some sort of compensation for the damage and I attached the letter they sent to me essentially claiming that there was no way the car wash could have scratched my truck. (BS)There are other reviews of this car wash scratching their cars also but Giant Eagle said there was no way it happened.The Car wash is dirty, does a horrible and quick wash job and isn't worth the potential damage to your car.Go to Outback auto wash or Zappy's down the street to get a good wash (both were closed for maintenance the morning I went to get one) instead.I will be following up with Giant Eagle to see what the next course of action can be.

Nice. Great to have free vaccum and free towels to use. I cleaned my car front to back....inside and out. My car said " about time you cleaned me.....I feel great!!!!!"

Quality has plummeted recently...dirty car wash scratched my new car down both sides!I have used in the past and thought I could trust GetGo, but very I’m upset with the scratches it left on my vehicle (I knew they were not there previously; it’s brand new and I had only driven a couple weeks). Zero customer service, and they falsified their “incident report” to make it look like it wasn’t their fault! Disappointing.

just stopped in for a quick sandwich. 20 minutes later he's just starting it. why isn't there someone here training him? he's just wandering around back there completely lost.

They lied over the phone saying they had everything bread subs then when we got there they said they don't sell it agter 10, we had called at 10:05 and were told they were available! Very bad customer service. Selling only one type of sub does not prevent Covid. It's just poor business practice. They're a lot of ezekial workers working 2nd and 3rd shift and they deserve as many options as everyone else.

I try not to complain but when service is consistently bad I feel it’s time to complain. During the pandemic I have been ordering my food from the app. The last 4 times my orders have been wrong. Salads not having what I ordered to be on them. Burritos cold items I have paid for extra like cheese or sour cream not even in the bag or on the burrito. This last time I took the food back in and the guy that made my food said he didn’t make it and said if you don’t like it you can get your money back.....Really? Not let me fix it or make it over again? In disbelief I stood there and he just shrugged his shoulders and walk away. Horrible customer service. Maybe the people in the kitchen area need to be trained better in customer service. No I didn’t want my money back I ordered food and wanted it done correctly if that not that hard to ask.
