The Wet Go was horrible, I stopped after dark, and not being from the area, I had to drive around 3x looking for the entrance, lighting and signage was horrible. Then driving in, one has to read which lane to go in, depending on which membership package you have or don't have. My pass gets me the ultimate wash, which usually lasts about 10min. Once I entered the wash, with the help of staff to align my tires, I was done in 5min or less. The wash totally missed the back end of my SUV, the whole back end, windows included had brush strokes, see picture.

Great location, but the hours need to be updated badly. Never have been opened 24 hours. Went there at 10:45pm tonight and they were already closed for a Saturday night

They close 10pm.. even though no signs posted, and supposedly open 24 hrs.. all the lights are on, employees are inside the store.. doors locked..

I did not go in the store but the car wash was really good and the only thing was the parking lane to vacuum your car was really close.

I’d rather drive the extra miles then pay more at the pump then deal with Gail. If you’re looking for any kind of customer service avoid hurricane Gail, her lack of humanity is absolutely amazing. Will avoid this getgo at all costs.

Clean, easy and good location - I only get gas and it always looks clean on the outside. In and out - that is how a gas station should work.

I just watched an employee use the restroom without washing his hands and walk right back to the food prep area. I did not order.

The gentleman at the desk, Scott, I believe, took the time to manually enter my numbers for a crumpled and defaced ticket. He was extremely attentive and kind to each guest.

The cashier clerk is extremely rude.And their food preparation wait time is very long.The only reason I give them 2 stars is because the bathroom was clean, that’s it.
