I'm a courier out of Cleveland and was stranded with a dead vehicle after hours in Painesville on my route. I called 2 other tow companies before I called Fast and Friendly with unsuccessful outcomes. I called Fast and Friendly and they agreed to tow me back to Cleveland. Tyler came out and was extremely friendly and professional. He offered to try to jump my car (after other attempts prior to calling) first, and managed to get it started which avoided an unexpected towing fee. Super appreciative of Tyler with Fast and Friendly for getting me up and running so I could drive to the dealership.

Had my car towed today they were here within the hour! My car wouldn't start and Jason the wonderful tow man hooked it up and got it right away! He was a delight to work with! Will definitely use again for my inevitable towing needs!

I was 750 miles from home when the transmission went out on my vehicle. I had no idea where to take the vehicle, but the tow truck driver said that the company he works for does transmissions as well. These folks were upfront about my options and made excellent recommendations. It took a little while longer than I thought it would, but that is to be expected in situations like this as they had to have a transmission shipped in from Ford. (Note-the Ford transmission was a little more expensive but comes with a nationwide warranty. After all, there is a Ford dealership in just about every town .) They did not get upset that I called them as many times as I did so I made sure that I called them when I got home and thanked them for their service. I highly recommend them , if something is wrong with your vehicle.

Wonderful, friendly, caring company to have in your corner when the unexpected happens. They (Josh) really care about you as a person and what you are going thru. I was traveling by myself with 2 dogs and they understood how scary it was and always tried to treat me as if I were family. I can’t say enough about their quality of service. AMAZING!

Josh the owner took excellent care of my girlfriends 2020 subaru crosstrek. It needed an oil change and tire rotation and front breaks. I had our car back in one day and the service from keys to hand was outstanding. Weather you need automotive work or a friendly tow to get you home I reccomend josh and his crew.

Fast & friendly named appropriately bc that’s exactly the service you get I got a flat made one call jason was there very quickly to get my car and take it where it needed to go with a smile and positive attitude that helped take some on the sting out of a what is usually a bad day I highly recommend
