These Guys are Terrible! They kept my Car for Weeks… asked me for Parts, Yet they Never Bothered to Repair my Car at All! Just one Lie After the Next, and Fraudulent Charges for Minimal efforts! Now I have to take my vehicle elsewhere STAY AWAY!!

Simply refused to look at my vehicle . I feel like I was profiled and also penalized due to my honesty . I tried to reason with the man and he doubled down . What’s the harm in a diagnostic then to turn your nose to me and say I should have took it to a reputable shop was just too much for me and left me utterly speechless

I put one star because I couldn't put 0. They replaced rear brakes and a line on my 96 dodge pickup. Everything new. Brakes failed within a few hundred miles, wheel cylinders leaked and line has a pinhole in it. Ironically he said I'd have failure if they weren't all new... Use's the cheapest of the cheap bottom of the barrel parts. Also told me he had to order the brake line and it took over a week just for that. Now to find a line that was made from one of those local parts store kits was disappointing. Lesson learned, never again!

Lance Eisler, owner & his ace mechanic John Shumaker have been welcoming faces with the “nice guy” attitudes for years. On my own, I feel secure knowing they’re not just the best, but the most honest in auto repairs. I’m thankful since anything that can go wrong with a car will eventually happen to me. My car trouble this time was it wouldn’t move. I was snowed in! Not thinking clearly, I called my best friend John to ask if he knew anyone that snow plows…….I giggled when he said, “Do you know Eisler’s place? John plows on his off time”. I replied, I know them well. Why didn’t I think of them days ago? Needless to say, I’m forever grateful to John, John & Lance! Thanks again for being there when I needed them the most! Pulled up with a dying minivan while on vacation with 3 young kids. Lance was our hero! He quickly diagnosed an alternator problem and got it fixed in a jiffy. As we were stranded out-of-towners, he suggested a close hotel and even offered to drive us. Nice guy! Great work!Services: Electrical repair
