Pleasantly surprised at the size of this Discount Drug Mart. Large Beauty Section for the Ladies.
Plenty of help on the floor and to cash out!? Unlike the big boxed competitor Discount Drug Mart had what we needed in stock. When we couldn't find it, they took us to right where it was. Large Selection! Plenty of Handicapped Parking ♿?️ right up front. We definitely will not be afraid to use this location again. For those traveling on I-90 not too far from the highway. (About two Country Blocks South) Also near UH Tri-Point Medical Center. Highly Recommend!

Very professional and polite since I had to transfer to this location from chardon rite aid a year ago. Have nothing negative to say.Should expect my significant others business when painesville rite aid goes toys r us on her.Like the medication history on website to see that the prescription has been sent wish they had a ready for pickup system so I don’t need to pull them away from more pressing things when I callsolid year of service hopefully many more to followThanks for serving our community

I talk to a woman pharmacist 11/30 about a prescription covered, and she assured me that she had the prescription in stock, and that it would be covered with my insurance. Went in today 12/01 and the different pharmacist told me that I was lying, and that the other pharmacist never would’ve said any of that. The pharmacy team has acted unprofessional. I will not be returning. Extremely disappointing.

Great store with a super efficient pharmaceutical staff! Main store is clean and well stocked with every day items! I find myself going to the drive thru to avoid spending money on other things that I might want but don’t necessarily need!

The check out lady called someone to come copy a key for me and I waited for awhile and she noticed it had been awhile so she called for some one again only this time she got a reply that no one was available to cut the key. Too bad no one could have replied the first time so I didn't waste my time waiting around for no one. DDM did not save me the run around.

Today, July 24 2023 at 7pm, I went into the drug mart Crile Rd Concord location. Normally I have a great experience, This time at the produce department, There was 12 bunches of bananas that were brown and rotting, strawberries had green mold, lemmon were old and very soft, and it goes on.The surprising part of this is when I showed the manager on duthe writing produce and ask him why it was still on the shelf, His response was they do not have any more produce in the back and have a new shipment tomorrow. A manager thought it was okay to sell rotting and moldy food.
