Pharmacy is horrible-the pharmacists are so rude. Had to switch locations cause couldn’t deal with them anymore. If you hate your job so much just quit geesh.

I go here all the time. I’ve never had a problem with the employees. I have seen the customers being pretty rude, but never the employees.

Gloria has to be the rudest employee I’ve ever met. I’m well experienced in the customer service field and she is one of the worst cases I’ve ever met. Absolutely repulsed by the way she treats customers and is unwilling to help, from her tone to her facial expressions when asked questions she is extremely incompetent at her job.

Rude staff. As a pharmacy employee myself, this is no way to treat patients. Called about a med I needed to start ASAP because I work 3-12hr shifts in a row and won’t be able to get it anytime soon and when they didn’t have it in stock, the pharmacist was EXTREMELY rude, got snippy and essentially told me to calm down. I will NEVER be filling at this location ever again until the pharmacist is retrained on how to handle problems and patients with professionalism

Not sure why there are so many 1 stars here, this place is great. At the checkout a gentleman names Connor helped me and upsold me on the new cvs subscription. Didn't really care about it, but signed up cause he was a great salesman. Give that guy a raise.

I have been going to this CVS for 25 years and I even worked here for a bit the new pharmacist young lady is so rude and nasty that I am going to move all my prescriptions from this store she makes a lot of money but she must hate her job because she never smiles it is nice …Sending her so prayers she fines some happiness…

Every time I go here it takes way too long for a cashier to come and help me. One time I pressed the “call for cashier button” 4 times over the course of 10 minutes and the (older) lady didn’t think it was important enough to stop stocking items long enough to come check me out. Then yesterday she decided to shut the system down an hour before closing time forcing me to have to put my items down and leave the store because “they didn’t know how long it would take to boot back up”

The rudest pharmacy staff I’ve ever encountered. I called to ask a question and we accidentally talked over one another. I apologized and said I’m sorry please continue. She then said, like a spoiled child, “like I saaaiiiddd… the pharmacist is the only one who gives Covid-19 shots and we have better things to do than give shots”. I said, “ I bet, I’m sorry you’re having a bad day.” She replied with “ I wasn’t but now I am, just schedule a time” then hung up the phone. Rude and unprofessional and a completely undeserved reaction. It’s not the first time she was rude to me, but I try to remember that everyone is going through something. However, she is rude and overwhelmed every time I go there, so it’s definitely a pattern.

Ever since the old manager left, and this new female came in with colored hair, things have went downhill. I won't go back untill they get a good manager. Very bad service from that so called manager.
