Wonderful vet tech scanned my new trapped feral. So nice and kind. The vet office is spotless. Think I well be switching vets to Crossroads if they accept new clients.

We have been using this vet for years. Usually my husband takes care of everything, making appts, ect. My cat is in terrible shape and I called to see about getting an appointment because he is declining since we last had him there. The man I spoke with was extremely smug, entitled and made a diagnosis over the phone, Fleas! Really? He was trying to explain that I needed to have my cat looked at before the Doctor could make a decision to put him down. I understood that. However the way he spoke to me concerning my cat made me feel defensive and guilty. Which I already feel sick as we all love him very much. I lost my temper and cursed and now when my husband calls, they can't help our cat. So I was a rude person, so by God let me cat suffer by all means! That is so very caring. I think the young man needs to take a course in customer service and learn how to be compassionate!

Been going to Crossroads for about 3 years and we couldn’t be happier with their care. There was a time in our dog’s health that we were in there twice a month for quite a while. During that time, the Crossroads staff became almost like our extended family with their constant compassion and service.

We searched for 3 years to find out what was really wrong with our dog. We saw specialists and had expensive testing, only to be told to do it all over again by her old vet every time she had an issue etc. When we took her to Dr. Schroeder, he was able to pinpoint and treat the issues in our first visit and our dog has had such an improved quality of life with this team’s help. The staff is so responsive, helpful, and genuinely fun to talk to. I feel like Dr. Schroeder uses a combination of veterinary expertise, common sense, and letting the family decide what works best for their pet. We’ve never felt “guilted” or pressured into doing unnecessary testing or treatment but also feel confident the team has fully informed us with the benefits and drawbacks of each. These are important things to consider when you have a special needs pet! So glad we found Dr. Schroeder and the whole team! (Love, Harley and Nugget)

I continuously have great experiences here. The entire staff is friendly, patient, and always willing to take the time to answer my questions. By far the best experience I've ever had with a veterinarian's office!

I was watching my family's senior dogs. They live out of town. One of the dogs started to go down hill fast. I called Crossroads and got an appointment. Sadly Nero had to be put down. Dr. Schroder and staff were wonderful. The doctor had an emergency surgery that day, but still was so kind and caring when they were extra busy. So thanks again to Dr. Schroder and staff for being so kind and caring.

Our baby suffers from pancreatitis and Crossroads has never hesitated to get him in and taken care of. Dr. Schroeder and staff are very attentive and caring and we're very grateful for them.
