Priceless, Girl Power Assistance
I cannot rave about Crile Road Hardware enough. I have throughly enjoyed being the family handywoman for four decades. I have NOT enjoyed the condescending, “Why is a pretty little thing like you tackling such a big job?” comments I have gotten from most home improvement stores. After buying a Stihl gas-powered string trimmer this past spring from a Geauga county hardware and enduring that sort of attitude from the clerk, I stopped into Crile Road Hardware. I was using up string like crazy and was hoping for some advice. One of the kind women immediately realized I had been sold the wrong attachment head. She installed the new one for me and then showed me how to switch between the two depending on my current project. I declared myself a customer for life! I’ve returned to CRH twice since then and experienced the same nonjudgmental helpfulness. It is so refreshing!

As always I received excellent service on my last visit. I had a key made and, with my okay, she made sure it worked. Meanwhile Rae listened while I explained the other reason for my visit and, not only knew what I needed, she got it for me rather than directing me to an aisle. Each time I have been in there I deal with women who absolutely know their business. It wasn't until now that I learned it's a women owned business. Kudos to them and a special nod to Rae. Thanks for the help.
