Ordered tires by phone after stopping in several days prior. Made appt for a week after placing my call, staff assured me that the tires would be there by appt date. Showed up for appt and tires were not there. Never received a call from Convoy to tell me know tires weren't there, inexcusable. I get it deliveries can get pushed back but no courtesy call from Convoy is ridiculous. To make it worse, young man i spoke to didnt really seem to care, " Sorry, the secretary forgot to call you, your tires will be here Monday morning, let us know what you want to do." A good faith gesture acknowledging the customer wasted their time would have been the proper thing to do since courtesy calls are not their thing. PISS POOR IN MY OPINION!

Beware of Convoy Tire in Painesville.My husband Jeff Catlett took our RV in for two REAR tires. They put the new tires on the front. The old front tires had some wear left on them but they damaged them taking them off the rims so they could not be put back on. This left us STILL needing two new tires for the back (the original reason for the visit). He asked them (because they were not offering) what kind of discount they could give for two ADDITIONAL new tires to compensate for their costly mistake. They said they could knock off a few bucks per tire. He went to a tire service that did the job as asked for less than Convoy's "compensation discount". Lesson learned.

Last summer I bought rims for my 2004 ranger. After only 3 months they surface rusted completely. I was told that it would be taken care of but after many calls, stopping in and emails asking about an update, I have been ignored.
