Anytime anything maintenance wise has gone wrong Rossi was always here and stayed as long as the job was done and even did beyond if I mentioned another issue. He does a nice job and is very friendly and pleasant.. I really love living here... Rossi needs a raise :)

I lived here four years ago.. I didn’t have a problem with my unit at all it was nice to me. My problem is with the staff man they are some of the rudest women you would ever meet in your life.. One time I paid them rent with a cashiers check and they put it in someone’s else account .. They all lied and acted like I never paid .. The manger i think her name Debbie told me “Without a shadow of a doubt you never gave us anything “ the lady I gave it to acted like she had not seen me in months (keep in my i worked out daily and the leasing office is in front of the gym) I was getting embarrassing large pink eviction letters on my door .. I go to my bank and find out not only did they have it they cashed it .. Then after I showed them that here comes Debbie with apology ? Like why not help in the begin she did nothing but call me a liar ..The snow removal was awful but hey I could live with it! the staff man they were GOD awful donelle was the only one who was nice not sure how they still have a job look how many people here is saying the same thing about the staff? Literally everyone lol .. If you do move here keep all yo receipts .. And be prepared for that staff you with eventually clash

I lived there for at least 5+ years. I moved from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. First let me say there is an increase in your rate every year. Unless you're in the high rise the garage is extra. On top of the high rates. Moving out is awful! Unless you pay month by month which is outrageous, you have to pay an early termination fee. I moved out 2 months before my lease ended and still had to pay one full months rent. Then they stick you with an expensive inspection charge! Funny when I moved from one to another I had no charge. Now they want me to pay an additional $283.00!!! So they really get you when leave!!

Debbie, and the leasing team have been great to work with. They are professional and very kind and understanding. The grounds are clean and well kept, and the amenities seem beautiful. This seems to be one of the nicest complexes in Lake County.

The girlies at leasing are very helpful and accommodating when it comes to finding an apartment or answering any concerns i have. I don’t understand the amount of negative reviews considering i’ve never had an issue with them and/or maintenance.

I lived here for 2 years and everyone was pleasant at the office, Debbie was super easy to work with and was always on top of things if I had complaints. 10/10 would rent again

I rented an apartment with this company for 2 years. The apartment grounds are well kept and the pool and work out facilities are nice. I thought the staff in the office was kind and helpful except that after I moved out on June 22,2023 I have yet to receive my security deposit or part of it back. I always leave my apartments clean. If there was minor damage I would have hoped to have been notified and billed accordingly. I have called several times and been told that they will get back to me to no avail.

We moved out in October after leasing over 3 years. We agreed on a buyout fee to break the lease early for $2500+ and I now get a letter from collections saying I abandoned the apartment and owe rent on months I didn't live there after they acknowledged I moved out when I turned in my keys. They also refused me access to mail after I moved out after turning in keys when I noticed bills weren't being redirected right away. The women in the office are incompetent and refuse responsibility and now I owe $700 to collections for an office clerical error?On a personal note. Our neighbor had an extremely aggressive dog that attacked and bit me off leash, cobblestone did nothing when I reported and the dog continued to terrorize us until they moved out.The garbage disposal is disgusting. It overflowed everyweek and was a mess.Pot holes and sink holes were an issue of damaging cars and wheels. And snow plowing/salting sidewalks was almost non existent when paying $1800 per month.We had an electric issue with our kitchen breaker over a weekend, I called the emergency number, the response was "cant you just get take out until Monday to avoid using the fridge, microwave and oven "

Move in, but don't dare move out!!!!!I lived here for 3 years.. bought a house back in October so my fiance and I paid the fees to break our lease (a freaking ridiculous amount too!!! And i have proof via email) Signed the papers and went on our way, here we are 7 months later I received a collection dept letter. Called them and they "misplaced" our signed documents and started charging us monthly without us even knowing!!! They did not once even bother to contact me.They screw over alot of people when you move out. Do yourself a favor and find a different apartment unless you plan on staying for life. They also love to raise the rent EVERY YEAR. I've always had problems with the front office girls from DAY ONE. They are 0 help when you need anything, customer service is better at freaking Mcdonalds than Cobblestone.Just don't even bother with these overpriced apartments.. You'll be spending more money leaving than what the cost of rent is!Also to add the snow clean up is the biggest joke I've ever seen. The year before I left I witnessed so many car accidents & residents slipping on the ice from their poor excuse of salting walkways. I used to shovel and salt my elderly neighbors walkways ever since she fell.The last almost 2 years I was there a giant pothole formed by the 1500 apartments, watched many people nearly pop their tires running it over. When complaints were made by several neighbors all they did was cover the whole with a cone. I'm sure to this day they haven't even filled it.

They did not give me an offer until over a week later and in that time I found another apartment. I requested to get the fee back and they will not give it back to me because it was over their "72 hour" rule to get the deposit back. The leasing manager immediately got defensive and was so rude. DO NOT recommend working with this company. "72 hour rule" but they took 9 DAYS to give him an offer. How does that work?????

Ross is amazing! He is always so helpful and timely when fixing anything for me. He also goes above and beyond, making sure everything is done thoroughly. My dog absolutely loves him, too!

I have read through the reviews and while I cannot speak against direct things they had to say, my move in experience was stellar. Debbie not only fixed every issue I noted before we moved in, but was willing to take her time with is while we carefully reviewed the lease. My J2 apartment here is absolutely fantastic, and I could not be happier!

Rossi and the maintenance staff do a great job helping with repairs around my apartment. They are friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Very pleased with the service I have received over the past 3 years.
