I had a chase business check to deposit (I do not have an account with chase) and also needed cash from the atm. I figured it would be faster to just head to chase and cash the check instead of making 2 transactions at my bank and also having to wait to grace period for the check to clear. Only to find out that there is a $10 fee to cash the check because I don't have a chase account. On a check that was less than 70 dollars. Waste of time and how ridiculous. The money is there in the account but because I don't bank with you, you won't give me the full check amount. It's BS and definitely wouldn't ever make me want to switch banks.

Great bank, very helpful staff. I had an issue with check and banker Jared handled it very fast and effective, so I got money deposited same day. Branch manager Chris went beyond my initial request and offered me help with name change on the account. All staff were friendly and professional. Thank you Chris and Jared for great customer experience and your immediate assistance, 5 stars.Chase Staff from Mentor Mall should take training from you on how to work with customers.

Tellers are very friendly however 9/10 times I go the drive thru atm is broken, and about 8/10 times the inside atm is also BROKEN only chase bank in my area and I can never seem to come on a day it’s working:(

Why would they take away drive through if they have all the things needed for it. So now I have to pull my 1 and 4 year old out of the car. Not very family friendly.

I have continuous problems with Chase. The worst part is I can’t even get a real person to answer a phone. There is no decent customer service at all. In an emergency, there is nobody who will answer a phone call at their Main branch. I’ve been given information that is legally not correct. They would not identify me on my landline phone, because I did not have a cell phone they could send a text to. They had NO OTHER WAY TO IDENTIFY ME. THEY REFUSED TO IDENTIFY ME IN ANY OTHER WAY AS OTHER BIG BUSINESSES DO BY USING MY EMAIL OR SOMETHING ELSE. This is inexcusable! I have $175,000 invested with Chase & they still charged me $25 fee each month. This is not close to being acceptable in any way. Not in customer service and nor in policy. Then they simply do not answer their phones. Run fast away from such a poor excuse for a bank. I am left with no debit card, they restricted it & now no one to bother to answer my horrific situation. Thanksgiving is 2 days away……I have no cash & am going on vacation next week. I am old, disabled & cannot even talk to a Chase bank employee!

My experience inside was good staff are great and within ten minutes five or six people who were there before me were quickly helped and I was up and out in just a minute or two. As for the outside of the bank I agree the location is not the best but could be improved by adding another entrance exit.

Need a drive thru there were 8 people waiting in line. This is not a good customer service feature especially for elderly and physically disabled customers.

Cute branch, friendly staff. The new atms took me a minute to get used to but I can do so much on them!! And they have more then just 20s so it's great if there's a line for the tellers.

My wife and I opened up a new checking account at Chase Bank. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted. Our representative that helped us was Wanda. She was very helpful and accommodating. She took the time to answer all of our questions despite having 2 other customers waiting for her assistance. She was very efficient and knowledgeable. She even assisted us in downloading the Chase App to our phones.

THIS IS A GOOD BANK! HAD A PROBLEM WITH AMAZON PRIME BILLING AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT! I WISH THEY WERE STILL IN PAINESVILLE CITY THOUGH.
