Last time I will get a prescription filled here. On one occasion, I was in the drive thru with my very sick child the next day after the prescription was ordered, and the pharmacist was extremely rude as she was yelling to the tech that they can't fill the antibiotic/ they don't have it in stock(as if I was the one who personally ordered it- news flash I am just a customer..maybe that info should be relayed to the doctors ). On the second occasion the tech tells me only 1 out of 2 prescriptions are filled (next day after being ordered) so I say ok, is the other one not in stock? She replies " it's still in production". Ok? What does that mean. A little more info would be nice like it will be ready sometime today..sometime next week... sometime next year. . Jeez. I am always super friendly- curious how they would respond to someone who isn't so nice.

They tell you 30 mins and don't fill until the next day! They often are out of stock on medications they should absolutely keep, rude staff, very careless. No sense of urgency whatsoever or care at all. Hate this location.

I have been coming to this location since i moved to NE ohio 18 months ago and always received excellent costumer service. Pharmacy technicians are kind, knowledgeable and always helpful especially Danielle and Heather who will go above and beyond to help you.

If this was not the preferred provider for my drug plan and a mile from my house, I would never go there.I tried to call for a prescription renewal when I left Willoughby, and was still on hold when I arrived at the pharmacy over 20 minutes later. While I was there, I tried to schedule a vaccination. I was told I could only schedule online, even though I was speaking with the person who would administer the vaccination.

I scheduled an appointment to get my vaccine at 3:30 p.m. I showed up at 3:20 and stood in line till about 3:45. There were walk in customers in the line. I checked in and wasn't given any clear direction of what was going on from the Indian guy who was the I'm assuming the cheap doctor CVS paid to administer the vaccines. I walked in the room where they give the vaccines and said what's going on. He told me I have to wait my turn. I said I have an appointment. They took people in as if the appointment meant nothing. I asked why did I bother scheduling an appointment if it's first come first serve. He mumbled something I couldn't understand. So I had to stand around a room of people during a pandemic. I had a man coughing in the corner. So it's like come get the vaccine as you contract corona. CVS pharmacy is a joke. The greed of this company. I know why they will take anybody. It's because they wanna bill our government for the vaccines so they want to push as many people through as they can. This isn't my first bad experience with this company. My advice find another pharmacy. I've used several locations and have had bad experiences at them all.

Outstanding service here! Perhaps the best I've had at any pharmacy. We're traveling through and my wife caught a cold. We didn't want to spread COVID so we wanted to get her tested just in case. We didn't have an appointment and they were all booked up. They squeezed us in somehow! Another big impression was how friendly every person we met was. Wow, what a great place!

I would give them zero stars if it was possible. I asked them not the fill my prescriptions until I order them and over and over they keep filling. I tried to call them numerous times to stop texting me that they are filled because I don't need them and was on hold for 45 to Hour every time I called. Never reached anyone. Horrible customer service.

I was forced to switch to CVS because of Ins. Let me just say I used to go to the cvs on bowhall they were terrible so I was skeptical at best of Painesville city . I figured I would give them a chance, but they did not disappoint. They were out of medications, they screwed up pill counts. They were rude and take 10 mins to answer the phone. They fill meds that are due on the same day 3 days later just horrible. Then when I switched they gave the new store incorrect refill counts. Not to mention forgetting to give them all the medications. Also they can't do anything for them selfs unless you call them and tell them to do it..

The price for my prescription had more than doubled when I went to pick it up for the first time this year I told them and they said that it was all processed corectly and asked if I did not want it.I bought it and got home to find out it was a double order they never offered to just sell me half. I called when I got home to make sure I could return half and was on hold for over 17minutes when I talked to someone I told them my problem and hold time they said I could return 1 of 2 and the July 4th holiday has them busy as an excuse no apology I will definitely go to one of there many competitors
