“I'm a courier out of Cleveland and was stranded with a dead vehicle after hours in Painesville on my route. I called 2 other tow companies before I called Fast and Friendly with unsuccessful outcomes. I called Fast and Friendly and they agreed to tow me back to Cleveland. Tyler came out and was extremely friendly and professional. He offered to try to jump my car (after other attempts prior to calling) first, and managed to get it started which avoided an unexpected towing fee. Super appreciative of Tyler with Fast and Friendly for getting me up and running so I could drive to the dealership.”

“I called later on a Friday about having my vehicle looked at and was able to get me in by Monday morning and were quick to get back to me about the multiple issues going on with my car. They had it fixed that day even with a couple extra things being added, along with doing things that they did not have to do just to be nice. I was thrilled with this. The staff are very polite and professional, and I would recommend them to anyone who cares about having safe quality work done on their vehicle. I put the people I love in this vehicle, and it was not safe, and they gave me peace of mind back and got me back out there in a road worthy vehicle. I can not thank them enough!!!”
“I haven’t had air conditioning in my car for years. All other mechanics never took the time to look at it when I told them I had no cool air and it was more than needing charged (or whatever). When I told Justin my air conditioning did not work, he pulled the car into his garage and really looked it over. I don’t know what he did, but this air feels amazing! As of now, I don’t have to roll all of my windows down and speed outa my driveway for relief. This is probably step 1 (according to him), but It’s been a month and I finally enjoy driving in the summer rather than dreading it! *This isn’t even the reason I brought my car in.* I am so happy and highly recommend this place!Service: Auto maintenance”

A prior retail chain identified my issue as an engine problem. And suggested that I would need a new engine. However, the engine was not the issue at all. Leonard's saved me from an expensive repair or potentially getting a new car. I highly recommend this place. If there was more than five stars, I would give them that.”

“A big thank you to everyone working here! They are kind, honest, and upfront and the pricing so you’re not guessing how much the work will cost. I brought my car in because I had gotten tires from a different mechanic, and they did not balance the tires correctly. I walked into Federico’s to talk to them about it, and they were able to help me out right away. During this process they recommend other work to get done on my car- as it hasn’t been the smoothest ride in a while-(but I’m not knowledgeable with cars so I didn’t know what it was) They explained why I was feeling certain things when driving- the work they recommend to get done, and printed out a breakdown of what it would cost. They didn’t put any pressure on me, they were just honest and upfront front. They did great work, my car runs smoother then in has in a long time! I would definitely recommend”

“In a blinding snowstorm driving home from work my wipers stopped. The next morning was a Saturday and I called the service garage to see when I could get in. I spoke with Tim I believe. He said there was a recall on my car for the very same thing. He said get here before 10AM. I jumped in the car and went. Same day appointment, who does that anymore? In and out in less than 1 and1/2 hours. They also had a recall for my headlights they fixed. All I can say is AWESOME. Thank you so much as I lost sleep over this. You guys are great!”
“First Time Automotive is top-notch and the best hidden gem in our area. They work with Sillver Rock/Carvana warranties and this how I found them. I was having self-diagnosed transmission issues and schedule an appointment with them last year and they were wonderful to work with but unfortunately I was still under the manufacturers warranty and had to go to Ford. The local Ford location did a lengthy but acceptable repair however I started having off and on issues again about 1 week after my manufacturer warranty expired. Well my car couldn't do the issue for the test drive, my tech Dale identified an issue pretty quickly and temporarily fixed it while we waited tor the part. Once the park came in my repair was done within a day. I have had no issues since. I highly recommend this shop for transmission issues!! Thank you!”

“Bill and Bob are my go to guys for repairs on my 4Runner. I’m very particular about who works on my car, and Lake County Radiator and Exhaust has earned my trust and confidence many times over. They just finished replacing brake lines that were rusted and blew out Friday evening. I had Vitalone’s flatbed it, and Bill and Bob got to work first thing Monday. No appointment, no advance notice at all, and they got it done in a day. Professional service, squeaky clean shop, and fair pricing for excellent work. All that, and great conversation to boot!!!
