Cassandra was very engaging and assisted me with my membership update. Haven't been since before covid. Good to be back in a very user friendly club. Very comfortable and feels like you're working out in a private facility.

I have been a member of this gym for three years now and it continues to go down hill!I love the other members of this gym, but this is the only reason that has kept me there.Twice a year we pay membership fees that are supposed to be for new equipment and over the last three years there has been nothing new added. Also, when some of the equipment breaks it is either not replaced or takes a long time to be replaced. Equipment is also often missing. I have actually had to go out and buy my own bands and pads for the barbell because they are somehow missing. They should be ashamed of the cables on some of the machines. They look like they are going to break and someone could really get hurt.On several occasions I have contaced the managers to discuss why my member ship cost went up. I was told by the last manager that it shoudnt have and he would take care of it. He never did and each month I am charged the increased price. Most recently I reached out to the gym and was told by email it would be sent to the owners and now a month later still no response.I will say the gym is clean because the cleaning crew does a great job! I am often there while they are cleaning and cant say enough good things about them, but the carpet is disgusting and smells. This is not a reflection of the cleaning people. It's just filthy and has probobly never been cleaned. If someone would have appropriately followed up with me about my membership I would not have written this, but it just goes to show they must not care about the gym or members. I am not the only member considering finding a new gym and there are several other 24 hour gyms in the area

Before signing a contract for this gym I think there are a few details you should be aware of. A few years ago this gym was bought by a company called Bandon-a company who owns a lot of gyms!! This is not a problem as long as you can manage the upkeep and staffing of your gyms. I joined almost 3 years ago. We pay a twice yearly maintenance fee for the upkeep and new equipment. Since I have been a member there has been nothing updated or new added at all. Other similar gyms in the area have newer equipment and almost all gyms are open 24 hours now. In addition when something breaks it is not fixed for a long time or at all. There used to be a great group of personal trainers here but there are only a couple left. The prices for personal training were greatly increased while the trainer salaries were decreased and no regard was given to experience or certification. The managers also make very little. No wonder the turn over is so high here. In addition NO classes are available -yet you still pay for them in your membership.By the way, be very careful signing your contract. Contracts can be extremely hard to get out of and there have been cases where they keep charging you even after you have terminated it or people have had fees raised when they were not supposed to be. These cases are usually worked out but it takes extra time and effort, especially when no one is in the office. You may wonder why I still go here besides my 3 year contract. The place is definitely clean (as clean as you can get old equipment and carpeting) and the people who go here and work here are AMAZING!!! The BEST!!! They are serious about working out and respectful. If you need help almost anyone would be more then willing (which is a good thing since personal training is crazy expensive and the office is rarely staffed because of high turnover). This gym has so much potential -unfortunately to grow a gym you need to invest in it and I personally don't feel like that is happening here. These are the pros and cons I think you should consider before you sign a contract at this gym.

Gym went completely downhill after new ownership. Was a member for years. Gym was always clean, staff supportive and helpful. Gym is now filthy. Staff distant from customers goals. Sad state. Can’t imagine it will stay open too long.

Just started with Anytime Fitness in the States after using them abroad. Sadly, this one doesn't have locker rooms. It has older equipment, still usable, but there's no hack/vertical squat. The other leg day equipment is combined which makes certain exercises impossible. For example, if you wanted to do a leg curl where you bring one leg up at a time you cannot because there's the pad in the way for doing the leg extension.Worst of all there is a men's shower room and a women's shower room, not unisex. The issue with that is in the men's shower room, The shower does not work. When it did work a couple of days ago. It was only freezing cold water. I don't want to be getting into my car all sweaty. Unfortunately, that means that until this shower is fixed at least I cannot be coming back here. And if this is my only option for Anytime in the area, then I need to find the other gym when my contract expires.

I love to lift weights and I've been to a wide variety of gyms. When I first signed up 2 years ago, this gym had a friendly and laid back environment thanks to the old manager. However a year ago a new manager took over (Lauren). She seems more focused on taking people's money than providing a clean friendly gym environment. Since she took over, the three small bathrooms and showers have been frequently disgusting. Three of my friends with 2 year contracts with the gym for under $30 a month were unexpectedly forced to pay almost $40 a month for the second year of their contract. They tried to cancel their memberships, however they were told that they couldn't cancel until the entire 2 years was done. Shady business practices like this create a predatory environment in a place that's supposed to be about health. There are many cheaper and better options in the area, but if you do decide to sign up here BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN.

Love this gym! One of the things I have always hated in different gyms is the feeling of judgement. Not once have I ever gotten that feeling here. Every member of the staff is always so nice and welcoming. The machines and equipment are top notch, and the facility is always clean. This is a great place to work out. So happy i joined! I look forward to my gym time every time at anytime. Couldn't ask for a better place and joined because it's great to have a quality, clean, and well equipped facility that cares about there member vs driving elsewhere. I can fit it into my work day and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I had this need Get fit lookin forward to growing with every visit

Awesome gym and wonderful staff! The manager, Lauren, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond. The whole staff was very welcoming and energetic. The gym was very clean and has a good variety of equipment as well. Will definitely be visiting every time I am in town!!!

DO NOT JOIN! I joined the gym in February of 2021, This May, after I moved too far away continue regular visits (I had went six months without a single visit) I emailed them to cancel. Manager Lauren Langhoff informed me that it must be done in person or via certified mail. This was because email wasn't sufficient and they didn't want me to be billed beyond the cancellation. I expressed my frustration via email and let her know that she was erasing any goodwill I had toward the company. She kept circling back to "the agreement you signed". Two months later I found occasion to show up in person. After having me sign an electronic document (had to be done in person??) she informed me that they would bill me again in 3 days. I reminded her that I had come in person. She coldly cited policy. I told her I would refuse the charges. She echoed a threat she had made in emails that they would pursue every penny via collection agencies. I reminded her again that they are doing nothing to foster goodwill but rather eroding my positive first impressions about their gym. She asked a snarky rhetorical question, "I'm eroding goodwill just by following policy?" At that point I was done talking. I signed the cancellation -- in person-- and left. I blocked all additional charges. Within five days came the collection calls. I told Kyle, the assistant manager, that I cancelled the membership -- in person and have no intention to pay anything further. He told me that unless I paid they would not process my cancellation. He also said that the in person cancellation was so that they could verify my ID. I told him I was never made to identify myself and related my experience so far. He kept reciting "the agreement you signed" lines. I finally told him that I have been in sales management for over twenty years, I know that they can make this right. He sarcastically shared his hourly wage and said he can do nothing. He has no power. I told him that I have no choice but to ask the Better Business Bureau to arbitrate. He again reminded me that they will send collection agencies after me. IEven though they had less to offer by far than Planet Fitness I joined this gym on the strength of my initial visit. I think his name was Brad? Anyway, great ambassador. He promised a more supportive, smaller, closer knit gym. This staff never reached out to me. Though I was usually there at night, I saw trainers going in and out of their office. I was never greeted or invited to do personalized training. Lauren is so blisteringly unprofessional that I would have purged her from my teams long ago. Clearly she trained Kyle, as he shares her "f*@k you, customer!" philosophy. Never once did they offer to look up my visit record to see that I used to come often but for months have not visited at all. They made no attempt at empathy much less finding common ground. They are arrogant, obnoxious, and calculating. AVOID THIS GYM AT ALL COSTS. SIGN NOTHING!

Terrible experience trying to cancel membership. Had been members before ownership change. Moving out of state but not for a few months. My wife was told, when she talked to management in April, we would have to send certified letter from the state we moved to stating we wished to cancel. My wife was told under previous ownership she was able to cancel whenever. Have not set foot in gym since April due to temporary living arrangements at the time and now living out of state. Received certified letter 6/27 and our account was promptly conveniently charged for July. When I called to ask about the status I was told the cancellation request was processing and there was nothing they could do about the charge due to the "contract" stating a 30 day notice was needed before the payment was scheduled to process. Manager was not even willing to entertain a refund even though my wife notified her of our need to cancel. Will not recommend this gym to anyone.
