Tony is a scam artist. After asking for my vehicle to be repaired Tony said the alternator was not working and I had to replace it. I wanted to save money so I pulled the part out myself and took it to O'Reilly's to have it checked out and they said the alternator was working fine after putting it on the machine. I bought a new battery and put the alternator back in the vehicle with a new battery but the vehicle was still not able to maintain charge. So I took it back to Tony and asked why since my family had been taking cars to him for literally decades I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. So I left the vehicle with him so he could let me know what was wrong but after numerous calls and going in person to figure out what was wrong he never gave a proper estimate or even told me what the original problem was. Then Tony demanded I pay over $800 in "research" to figure out how to fix the charging problem but he never fixed anything! He said he spent hours googling and "researching" and that his time was charged per hour and he said he spent over 20 hours researching but was only charging for about half the hours to "give me a break and help me out". Then he threatened to call the cops on me when I tried to take the keys since he had it for months at that point and I didn't feel it was right to charge me for work that was never done and hours I never agreed on! Anthony never gave a quote or fixed the vehicle but demanded over $800 just to give my keys back to take it to someone else. I didn't want to have to go to court and deal with anymore drama so I paid the "research" fees but I'll NEVER take another vehicle to this scam artist ever again! After all those years and thousands of dollars that my family gave to this man to treat us like that .....shame on you Tony!

I have been a customer and friend of this establishment for many years. The owner, Anthony, has always been honest and fair when dealing with my car. He has even gone out of his way to help me with transportation to/from his shop during repairs. He is very knowledgeable about car repair and always has recommended affordable options and advice. Recently took my old Subaru Forrester to ABC to replace a failing alternator and repair the exhaust/heat shield. I was very satisfied with the customer service, time to repair, and cost. Anthony kept me informed of the critical issues, my options, and parts/labor cost of each. I agreed to a wheel cylinder replacement in addition to the aforementioned repairs when Anthony called and explained the situation, and texted me pictures of the (badly damaged) cylinder. For each repair, he would text me before and after pictures of the repaired components, and keep me up to date. Given the hands-on customer service, I was shocked at the affordability of the fixes. I would have ABC perform repairs in the future in a heartbeat.

Terrible customer service and lies. I ended up having to go to another shop and was told he didn't do thinks that he had me pay for. Very disappointed and now I'm out hundreds and still have to get my car fixed!

Do not go hear or at least deal with any mechanics named Anthony total Rip off took advantage of family in desperate time was told a 400$ job... checked for 35$ did the work with out asking for the go ahead ended up being 320$ cut me a deal for 300$ brake lines went again as soon as I got home . Went to another shop was told I should of never paid for this will be another 300$ to fox all the lines

DO NOT BUY OR LET ANTHONY WORK ON YOUR CAR! This is my first review but feel compelled to warn people about my terrible experience. After double charging me for a repair on my truck that he never explained was billed by the job and not the time I made the mistake of buying a used car that he said was perfectly okay. A month and a dozen visits later the problems went unrepaired with him stating he did not have the time to fix the temperature sensor or windshield wiper that created a hazardous condition while operating in the rain. A friend of mine at work later took all but 10 minutes to solve the problems.

Anthony, the owner, was very thorough and informative when I brought a 2007 Yaris to his shop to have it checked out before buying it from a dealer. He spent a lot of time with us and explained things in a easy to understand way. He is definitely an expert in his field. His prices are very reasonable, in fact, the cheapest we found for the services rendered. Thank you, Anthony!

The quote was nearly half (!) of what Conrads was asking for the same work to be performed in possibly less time but Anthony's quality and attention-to-detail was worth the additional time at a fraction of the cost. He was thorough and took pictures of the problems, explaining it to me in clear language and didn't take advantage of me despite knowing my place of employment (unlike the big chain mentioned earlier). He may have taken a bit longer than a big chain place as he was waiting on a part from Cleveland but it ended up saving me hundreds of dollars! He showed me the parts that were deteriorated and removed and offered me the same service and price I believe he would have offered my boyfriend or my father (no gender discrimination at all). He even offered me an additional discount at check out! He also followed up to ensure that I got home safely since my brakes were so bad prior to the repair that I had to get my car towed to his shop. I 100% recommend his work and he even offered me a discount for referring coworkers and friends. One of the last few honest & caring mechanics out here!!
