I couldn't be happier with the customer service that I received working with Chuck at 84 Lumber. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating to make sure that I received my supplies in a timely manner.

Worst service I have ever had. Absolutely no follow-up. Took my business to Chardon lumber to build my barn.. The man who "waited on me" was the first photo in the lineup at the Crile road store. Condescending, rude, lackadaisical and zero interest in good customer service. Should not be a front line employee.

Had a chance to stop by this place to looking for lab side wood unfortunately they have no stock here but the guy nicely give a good suggestion that where can we get the one we want even it about time for him to closing for the day.well good customer service .
