My husband, kids and I went to this specific Walmart to buy a Blackstone griddle as the one closest to us did not have the one we desired. A fella named Tyler was working the garden/outdoor area and was THE biggest help. So friendly! He helped us put everything we bought in our vehicle! This man needs a raise. He is an asset to this Walmart. Such a friendly person . Thank you Tyler, our family appreciates all the help you gave us!

This is my favorite store, my home store is actually Greenville, Ohio. This store is always clean, neat, and has so many different items than our stores near our home have. Our cashier, Jane, she was such a joy! We absolutely enjoyed our time with her. You could definitely tell she isn't there for a paycheck, she is there to make people smile and have a better day. This world could definitely use more people just like Jane!

pros: they fixed my flat tire in 30 minutes for $15, all the employees were very polite and helpful.
cons: i waited there for another hour and twenty minutes after it was done because they forgot to tell me it was ready.

The Walmart Store in Oxford, Oh is one of Walmats best stores, in my opinion.
The customer service is ? plus.
It has a great team work when when a customer need anything or advise concerning products, where to find a product,
Walmart at Oxford store has many amenities. Quick pick and delivery.
The shopping App is easily navigated.
A wonderful place to visit and shop. Whether on line or in store, It's a nice shopping experience!
They help the community in many ways.
If you are not able to pay full price financially, they reduce the price of your membership fees.
Walmart gives to so many charitable organizations.
Walmart is a fine example of how shopping and customer care should be!
I was at the Oxford Walmart today and received excellent customer care.
I needed help with a 50 lb bag of soil and the Walmart team members were quick and happy to help me.

I was at Walmart Oxford again today and a customer service person at self checkout was so helpful and friendly, great shopping experience!

Bought an item and returned it 5 minutes later with the receipt because it was the wrong size, was told the only way I could be refunded was by a Walmart gift card. I hadn’t even left the store with the item but couldn’t get my money back? Never been a fan of Walmart or their stores but this was the closest store to me, will never shop at any Walmart again.

Standard Walmart. I like the selection of this one since it's in Oxford, they offer some additional products compared to Eaton, OH or Richmond, IN. Wish they had more regular check-outs, though. I regretted putting too much in my cart when I got to the front and realized there wasn't anyone to help me. :( Walmart expects you to use self-checkouts, saving them $$$$ on payroll, but they don't pass those savings on to the customer at all. ALDI is way cheaper for groceries and home products. Walmart is on-par cost-wise with Kroger, IMO.
