Let me be clear: I do not 'like' Walmart, and I do not shop here generally, but of all of the Walmarts and Walmart-type stores I've been to in my life, this is probably the best. Why? Because it's in the middle of nowhere, and it's almost always empty. So it's actually a great place to go and have a leisurely shopping experience, either for groceries or general stuff. Their produce isn't as good as other stores in the area, but everything else is what it is. The prices are competitive, but not guaranteed to be the best or anything. There is also a Subway in the store, so that's, you know... good... if you want Subway.

A very good experience over a few visits moving my daughter into school. Most impressive was their inventory of items and how organized the store was. Bottom line great management, they were ready for a surge and handled it well. My first 4 star Walmart review. Call it like you see it. Would recommend and will return.

The biggest benefit for me is that their produce is good. Much of Kroger's produce has no flavor - and then I buy the same thing at Walmart and it's fantastic. Walmart also has many food items that you don't usually find in a grocery store. I wish they were a bit closer -- when in a hurry I too often end up at Kroger's.

Paula welcomed me to the store. Found what was needed. Checkout lines were 4-5 people deep so I chose to do self checkout and Ashlynn was kind and acknowledged me.

I used to be a walley world connoisseur but that all changed today... I went into the store today with my daughter to buy a few groceries and champagne for MYSELF and when I went to show the clerk my ID at checkout I was met w aggression and judgement. She told me I could go to jail for buying champagne for my daughter and said she had touched it meaning they could not sell it to me. I'm absolutely disgusted and horrified from this experience and will not be shopping at Walmart again.

Usually I pretty much enjoy shopping here but today I was concerned. Besides seeing two or three customers not wearing masks when I got to checkout over half the cashiers had their pulled down on their chins. And we are under a state mandated mask usage.

Easily the best Walmart I have ever been to. Normally I do not go to Walmart when I am in my home town but this store is incredibly convenient whenever I need to get gifts for someone or miscellaneous items that you can't really get anywhere else in Ox. The store is always clean and the people who work there has always been very kind when I have been there. Pretty content with this place and will definitely come back!

I often shop at Walmart stores and I usually have a great experience! However I left this Walmart feeling embarrassed and ashamed due to an unfortunate encounter with an employee. I was shopping in the cosmetics section and I pulled out a lipstick and opened it. I proceeded to take a small hand swatch of the lipstick out of habit. A nearby lady who I presume to be an employee (she was not in any uniform, but was stocking shelves) immediately walked over in a very aggressive nature and said "you know when you open those lipsticks and rub then on your body we can't sell them". She stood uncomfortably close to me and after she was done speaking she stood there and glared at me. I said sorry and thank you and politely walked away. I stood in the area for a while longer and caught her aggressively glaring at me several times after the incident. I realize that opening products is not something that I should do and it was truly an accident because I forgot. It was probably due to the poor quality of all of the other lipsticks that I opened that I thought such a behavior was permitted. There were no signs prohibiting such behaviors either. I think the matter could have been handled in a much more professional and polite way. It would have been better received if she had been more understanding. I will not be shopping in the cosmetics section at this Walmart again!

Wow the Oxford Ohio Walmart is pathetic no customer service what so ever. My elderly mom purchased 4 new tires from their tire service last week, she drove the vehicle home, and left it in the garage for a week while she was at her sisters come home to a vehicle with a flat tire. She calls Walmart and asks them to replace the tire they tell her the machine is down that she would have to take it to another Walmart store over 30 minutes or more away. This is unacceptable its not her problem that the machine is down, and they have no idea when its going to be up and running. They refuse to pay for a tow to another Walmart, and they refuse to pay for another place to fix it in town. When I spoke to the person in charge Taneen she just smirked at me and said it was not their problem. So my elderly mother is without a vehicle until who knows when or if they ever get the machine working again. Please anyone reading this do not buy tires, or anything else from this store again they obviously do not care about their customers.

So the boys and I were casually shopping for some needed items, when we decided to stop by our nearest Walmart. To our surprise at the checkout, one of the employees (whose name I will not include) decided to straight up tell us that she was judging us for our purchase. Then, she proceeded to tell every single employee she passed that she was judging us as well. This act of unprofessionalism, mixed with her terrible attitude toward a few customers, completely ruined my Walmart experience, which was once a very good time. Unfortunately, this has led me to never shop at this Walmart ever again.

This Walmart is a mixed bag. While there are a number of employees that are kind, there are also too many that I feel are openly rude to customers. There have been a number of times when I've had issues with the U-Scan only for an employee to tell me that they were on their break as they lean against the counter and talk to one of their colleagues. When I used to work at Kroger here in Oxford, workers were encouraged to use the break room during their breaks to avoid those types of situations. Nonetheless, they are convenient (although not conveniently located) and I get many of my electronics from here. I will continue to shop here, but I do think quite a few people here need an attitude adjustment. The manager, nonetheless, is very kind and has made me feel appreciated.

This place is chronically understaffed to an even larger degree than most other Wal Marts. It's damn near impossible to get help with anything. Today I waited over 45 min just to pay for my oil change. Never mind how long it took them to actually get it done.
