A great store for the outdoorsman. Located in uptown Oxford. Off street parking is by meter. It's a small business, but packed with Patagonia outerwear. They are also an an authorized Birkenstock dealer. As well as an authorized dealer of Rainbow Sandals. My daughter found a Patagonia pullover on sale. Service was great and absolutely recommend! There is no other store in Oxford or even the area that carries their unique items.

My son and I were in Oxford and stopped in to look around since we like “outdoorsy” shops. We entered the store, the door chimed to alert the person working that someone was in the shop, and we spent at least 10-15 minutes walking around the store. NOT ONCE did the girl behind the cash register look up from her computer to say “hi” or welcome us to the store. We both walked past her a couple of times and there was no eye contact or acknowledgement. I believe in shopping local but it sure didn’t feel like there was any effort to engage us as customers.

We were at the store tonight November 1st around 5:30 ,never saw a clerk working ,wasn't greeted at all never ask if we needed any help totally ignored ,finally went to check out she is standing behind the check out ,she wasn't friendly she packs our purchases up it's raining outside ,I ask if she had something to put over the top of the bag so our purchases wouldn't get wet ,she looks at me and says no sorry ,I saw some tissue paper or something laying behind her and ask if we could use that and she replied Oh sorry I don't know what that is ,I'm not allowed to do that and that was it ,we made over a $200 purchase and I will not be back in the store again.

Good variety, very helpful staff. I walked in looking for sandals, and immediately passed off the Chaco's. Then I spoke to the worker there and was quickly won over by the comfort and functional appeal of the shoe. Wonderful establishment, though I was a little frustrated that they didn't have Tevas.

I was a bit underwhelmed by the shoe selection: Sperrys/Uggs/Birkenstocks/ lots of Toms and some New Balance. That was it. (I was hoping for some Keens or Merrells). The whole store is, understandably, very much geared to the Miami-student/parent population, so as a non-student I did feel a bit out of place. And maybe I was expecting too much, but I was also underwhelmed by the service. The one sales person was fairly polite but supremely unhelpful. She did the bare minimum in terms of service and when I asked prices she'd point out where the prices were on the merchandise and sort of make me feel stupid for asking except that the prices were not on all of the merchandise. I got that "oh you're actually going to make me do some work" feel from her. But on the other hand I did end up buying a nice pair of New Balance shoes that were on sale, which she only told me as she rang them up. So the experience was so-so, but I did find some good shoes.
