“The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. I’d often stop in to inquire about my cat way before I ever had my first appointment. They’re always willing to answer any questions and seem to be very knowledgable. The waiting area and rooms are clean and tidy and never have that “wet dog” smell that some places do. There are hooks to secure leashes between every other seat, and there’s plenty of open space in the waiting area to sequester your pet if you need to. The veterinarian I met with was very kind and gentle with my little buddy, and they answered all my questions. The wait time to be seen wasn’t very long, but even still they all apologized profusely afterwards, saying that it’s not normally like this. The price was more than reasonable, being far less than I expected to have to pay. I’ll definitely be going back for all future check ups.”

“I left a desperate message on his voicemail early in the morning. I didn't expect to hear back until business hours. He called us back on a Sunday while going through difficulties of his own. He advised us without being a prior client. He was professional kind and gave us very good advice. He put himself on call with us before receiving a single dime and assured us he is here throughout our girls potentially complicated delivery. He has a client for life with us now. We have had a time finding just the right veterinarian who was competent affordable and cared for our animals in all ways. I can rest soundly knowing we have found a brilliant doctor who really cares about the animals in his service. Thank you.”

“Very nice staff. Got me in for an appointment within 2 hours to see my kitty with an injured paw. Some vet offices jump to the most expensive tests. This office takes a conservative approach. For example, my kitty was given a steroid injection to treat inflammation instead of automatically taking X-rays. Is it setup to take on life-threatening emergencies? No, but for simple injuries and routine care, this little office is a wonderful place to take your pet. My only complaint is that they charge a rather steep fee to transfer the health records of a pet with zero past health conditions from another veterinary clinic to their office.”

“Before they added their new phone message and hold system, I would have given them 2.5 stars simply because it was essentially impossible to get ahold of the schedulers.Now, though, they deserve 4.5 stars. There is much better service overall on the admin side. The vets themselves are also fantastic.”
