They don’t deliver the mail and just instantly return to sender everything they get. I’ve had 2 packages come from overseas and they’ve sent them back because their laziness.

A woman named either Lindy or Wendy was a tremendous help in tracking a package for me. I'm in CA and my customer is in Oxford so this was done over the phone. There was a mixup with the delivery and she explained the situation clearly to me and helped sort it out. I really appreciate her efforts especially during such a busy time of the year.

Called with a problem with a package being delivered, It was taken care of immediately and everyone was also very nice....and I received the package same day.

It has on the door that the post office doesn’t close until 12 noon on Saturdays. However, I showed up at 11:35 and it was already closed.

Gotta be some of the laziest mail delivery people ever working here. They don't want to walk up some stairs to deliver a package so instead they'll mark it as "return to sender" or "delivery place unavailable" even though I have seen them be able to enter the building and leave packages for the first floor of my apartment. Everyone on my floor seems to get the same treatment as myself however. This is the fourth package ive ordered that this has happened to, every time I end up having to go to the post office a day late and pick it up. I literally scheduled off work to be home to receive this package and they didn't even buzz my apartment. Made no attempt to contact me. Just marked it as returned to sender even though the sender sent me a photo of my receipt and the package both with the proper address.

The lady working told me she couldn't tape my package up for me unless I bought a 3.99 role of tape. This is a post office? I went to UPS and they taped it up and sent it off for me even though it was for USPS. Highly recommend just going to UPS.
