We were told our car was fixed after we brought them in for our car hood being broken. They told us it was fixed and when we popped the hood the next day it wouldn’t close again. When we took it to them to be fixed in an emergency to get to work, we were told we couldn’t be helped until later that afternoon even though clearly they had found a much quicker solution just the day before. I do not recommend, they did not provide the services they said they would.

Took car in to have hood fixed. Was charged for half hour labor. Receipt said “adjusted hood latch and it shuts fine now.” The next day my neighbor needed his battery jumped. I popped hood, got his battery charged and closed the hood, and to my surprise it would no latch. I live two blocks away, so slowly drove back to shop and told them of problem. I was there at 7:31 and they open at 7:30. Worker at front desk told me they could get to it later in afternoon. I explained that I had to get to work and could not drive it and asked them if they could quickly get it to shut again. I asked why the latch was not replaced and what I was actually charged for and was told to “leave my keys and move my car because they have lots of other customers to help before me.” I was charged for a job that was not actually done

Very dishonest. They "fixed" my hood that would not latch, and two days later the hood would not stay closed. The man working the desk went to speak to manager and they refused to remedy the situation and refused to issue a refund for a job never completed. Missed work and had to pay another shop in town to actually fix the problem. Based on my experience, I believe all of the bad reviews I have read to be accurate.

Worst place to take your vehicle! Don’t do it! Take your money to a establishment that you can trust with your vehicle and gives you peace of mind. The lady that has been working there for 18years is unstable and very unprofessional. If you want her fallowing you out the store to pick a fight, if you want to pay hundreds of dollars for poor customer service, If you want to send your vehicle in to get a minor fix then turns into hundreds of dollars more, If you agree with management talking poorly to/and about their staff when they do all the labor then this is the dump for you. I’m sure a young man lost his job today because that woman that has worked there way too long couldn’t be nice to the people that pays her bills. Her boss/not owner stood by her side on all of these unacceptable issues Shameful! Go somewhere else!

Bad. Maybe get your oil changed but don't bring a luxury automobile there for anything. They will charge you and give you back a vehicle in worse shape than you dropped it off. Or I was just really unlucky 3 times in a row. IDK...maybe.Service: Brakes

Nightmare experienceWent to fix low battery charge and air-conditioning problems. When picking up the car after having paid the repair, I noticed that a red warning light on the dashboard was glaringly on. Went back to discuss with the manager. He flatly said that the light was on when they first moved the car into the workshop. He hooked up the car with an electronic device and told me there were a bunch of problems, including a malfunctioning electronic thermostat. Largely the car was not safe to drive. They charged me $42 for checking. Fixing the thermostat would be a $500 plus job.Took the car home. Fining out the battery was still not charging properly a few days later. Went back to ask them to re-fix the problem they should have fixed before. The manager was not there but they could charge the battery overnight. When I picked up the car, they handed me another bill for charging the battery. They were pretty mad after I refused to pay.Got into the car, the red warning light was off. Apparently, the red warning light was triggered during the repair – most likely when the battery became critically low.Went back again to ask them to fix the battery charge problem. They rudely refused. They told me that the battery charge problem was due to the other problems I had and they recommended to go to see a dealer. I let them know there were no other problems. The red warning light was due to low battery charge. The other problems were their misdiagnosis.Days later, the air-conditioner stopped working as well. All in all, I spent about $400 to have loads of headaches and none of the problems fixed.

Brought in a car for a used car inspection, they broke a wheel bolt off the wheel hub of one of the tires of the car! Then threw away the cabin air filter! To be fair they informed me of what happened, replaced the cabin air filter with a new one and offered to repair the bolt on the wheel hub of the tire.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Don’t trust Troy or George. They say they will charge you “their” costs and they ordered parts from Volkswagen. After they parts were ordered my bill was almost 340 just for the parts. I looked online myself to order the parts directly from VW and cost was 234 for pan and 58 for gasket. They tried to tell me dealer price was 355 for the pan and 84 for gasket so they were giving me a “deal” and their prices were o266.45 for pan and gasket being 64.96. Please tell me where they saved me any money?! All they did was tell me dealer prices were more than they were and then the “deal” they gave me was more if I ordered them myself.

I was a little late to post, but this shop is GREAT! They worked on my 75 Lincoln and shot me straight the whole time. I would recommend anyone to this shop. Great mechanics and very trustworthy. I will be doing business with them again.

Called in for a simple price quote. Old guy who answered was very rude and clearly not interested in giving me a quote. Just your typical rude mechanic, find somewhere else. Said he'd have to "have a whole lot more information and make some phone calls" when every other place just needs year/make/model and can give me a number in less than 2 mins. Won't bother even calling this place next time, that guy needs an attitude check!

Brought in for squeaking noiseFixed something else that he claimed was squeaking (there was nothing else causing a squeaking noise). Once picked up car still has the same squeaking noise but now i’m down 155 for some $20 brake hardware that had no correlation with the squeaking noise that prompted me to bring the car in. Very shady head mechanic.
