“We had a nice experience working with this company during a cross-town move. As with all U-Haul rental offices, don't assume what you need (size of truck, truck with ramp, van, etc.) will be available- call and make a reservation in advance. At this particular office you will find a very nice rental agent who is very reasonable to deal with. She seems to enjoy her job and care about helping people-- it made the start of a long moving day pleasant and positive on two occasions. :) We will use this store again any time we need a rental.”

“Clean, kept up well with plenty of areas for trucks and parking. Rates are reasonable and easy to set up an account. They actually have a dumpster accessable for use! Everything is available for online rentals, payments and when I have had to contact the office, they answered and took care of my concerns.”
“We rented a storage locker for a year and a half to store our daughter's stuff between school years while at Miami University. We found the staff very helpful and the location is only a few miles south on 27 from campus. The facilities were clean and staff was also helpful in determining what size unit we needed so we didn't buy a bigger space than we needed. She's graduating this year so we won't be needing it going forward, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business.”

“We rented a storage unit here for almost two years and we couldn't be more pleased. The facility is SPOTLESS, they're easy to work with, and access is easy. Our items were safe in the climate-controlled unit, and the carts they have on-site are a huge convenience when moving items in/out. Highly recommended!”
