Pore service they took 6 months to change my motor, over charged on parts. Did not contact me on high priced parts like starter and water pump exc. When I got my vehicle back things wasn't buttoned up right like the grill and plastic cover underneath and didn't give me my old battery back that was still under warranty. I will never take my vehicle back there and don't recommend anyone else.

I called S &S about my daughter’s car that was overheating. They were absolutely fabulous to work with. Both ladies on the phone were very nice. They were able to diagnose, fix her car and get it back to her in a couple of days. Very reasonable prices! We will definitely be returning customers if we have any other issues!

Who is Troy or George?? I have NEVER known anyone by those names working there and I have been using them exclusively for 7 yrs....They are great and fair priced. I have only known of Ron, Scott and Nick as employees at S&S Auto Repair.

DO NOT TRUST TROY or George! They scammed me and told me they were going to give me “their”cost and their deals to order my parts from VW, they not only lied to me about it the dealer cost, they tried to tell me they were going to give me a deal which still cost me MORE than what it would have been for me to order the parts from VW myself. They up-charged each part and tried to lie and tell me costs were more from VW just so they could changer me more

Had recent starter replaced also had them do a vehicle check on any other issues that needed addressed which i was charges 38.50 for. Got it back and it ran horrible, found air duck was freshly duck tapped from being ripped open. I Called and was told it was like that, that is crap, I've owned and worked so n this car for 5 years. Plus I paid them to address any issues found! Thats a huge issue, and duck tape isn't the remedy. Be very cautious when dealing with these people, take videos and pictures of vehicle prior to service. After a 585$ bill I had to purchase a new air duck and clamps from the dealer costing me 200$ more
