This vet is listed as an emergency vet but they are NOT. I drove to them to be there when they opened but they would not see my sick dog. I cannot speak to anything else about the practice. But I believe the "Emergency" description on Google should be removed.

I called to cancel an appointment for my cat because he is no longer sick. I spoke to a woman over the phone who was very rude to me the entire time. I was not aware that I had to pay a $50 deposit for the appointment and was not informed of this when I scheduled this appointment last week. I also asked a few questions about scheduling my cat to neutered and told her I would call again a different day to schedule a surgery day. As I did this she was very short with me and hung up immediately. This is my first time going to this place and it's not a great way to welcome new patients. Especially people who lack communication and are flat out rude and have a bad attitude for no reason.

The girls at this Veterinary are awesome I went there to get my dogs dog tags which they're not doing it that way this year you have to go through the auditor's office but they were wonderful with getting me the information that I needed they're just great in there

I am beyond impressed with Chris's exam of Princess Dex yesterday! His knowledge and care was top notch with her, and just a five minute drive away! I'm very hesitant with who I let medically care for her, because of many not so great vets who see skunks across the nation. Whom I've heard about in Skunk Haven from skunk owners. Particularly issues with handling and knowledge. But Chris was beyond my expectations, which really means a lot to me, Dex is my special little girl! ❤️

We recently switched to OVH from another vet office, and have been so impressed by every aspect of their practice. We had not ever experienced that level of care, and only wish we would have switched sooner! We have had two after hours calls with Dr. Reagh and he was so patient, and really listened to our concerns and addressed them thoroughly. We have seen Dr. Mears in the office also, and she is so lovely and caring. We cannot recommend them enough.

I recently lost my dog to a freak health accident , that morning the Staff at Oxford Veterinary Hospital took care of her with the upmost respect and care. They gave me all the time I needed with her to say my goodbyes. Could not recommend them more .

My husband Josh and I have taken our two Australian Shepherds here for the past 8 years. With naughty puppies and very active dogs, you have your fair share of scares, fiercely Googling if something is normal, you name it. And every moment we need them the most, they not only care for our dogs as their own, double and triple checking everything, they treat us with such kindness. Our dogs are our babies, and we’re admittedly over-careful. Yet I’ve never felt judged or wrong about the late night calls — if anything they make us feel like family, and address and validate our concerns. We trust them wholeheartedly, and many many times leave their office saying to each other wow, they didn’t have to do that but they did. I know as our dogs age that what they tell me is best, I can have faith that it truly is. That’s a huge blessing. They go beyond what you’d hope a vet would do for you, and I couldn’t imagine taking our dogs anywhere else!!

We just transferred our pets care to OVH recently. I have been very impressed by the care, patience, interactions, information the Veterinary doctors Dr. Mears and Dr. Reagh have provided. The services we've had so far were a routine check up for my senior Mini-golden Doodles and my 7mo puppy was spaded as well as had her 6mo check up. We look forward to a promising relationship and superb care for our pets.

It’s so easy to bring a pet, even one that doesn’t like going to the vet. You get a private room minutes after entering the building. Everyone is friendly, professional, and welcoming. My kitty was relaxed and comfortable enough to be curious. Great experience!

Oxford Veterinarian has the most caring and passionate doctors that I have met. They listen to my every worry or concern about my pets and answer honestly and kindly. The vet technicians and assistants are incredibly kind as well and make sure you get in and out as smoothly as possible! I love Oxford Veterinarian and I will always compare my future Vet hospitals to them!
