I didn't visit, just spoke on the phone. She was so nice and friendly, I would definitely rent there when they have an available unit.

We had a nice experience working with this company during a cross-town move. As with all U-Haul rental offices, don't assume what you need (size of truck, truck with ramp, van, etc.) will be available- call and make a reservation in advance. At this particular office you will find a very nice rental agent who is very reasonable to deal with. She seems to enjoy her job and care about helping people-- it made the start of a long moving day pleasant and positive on two occasions. :) We will use this store again any time we need a rental.
