We are not from the area (my daughter is a student at Miami) and the alternator and water pump both went in her car. Oxford Car Care was great about getting her car in last minute, diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed at a very reasonable price! I cannot recommend them enough! From the front desk to the mechanics we had a great experience and will certainly use them in the future if needed.

If you are looking for trustworthy mechanics and staff who perform quality work, this is your spot. I drive from Cincinnati anytime I need work done.I had multiple shops in the Cincinnati area tell me I needed a new compressor and wanted to charge me close to $1000. Took it to Oxford Car Care, which came recommended by a friend, and they realized it had been unplugged. They plugged it back in and charged me a half hour of labor and I was on my way.

My appointment was on time. When they were done with the work the man double checked everything. So it took just a little bit longer. The mechanic was very diligent on the alignment for my vehicle. I'm so impressed by his care of my vehicle. It's a clean shop they know what they're doing. I would definitely take my vehicle back there. The receptionist was attentive to my needs. There was mechanic in the office. When I said something he asked me a question and he said no that's not a problem there. I told the receptionist I was on a fixed income I needed a good tire that would last but I could not afford a brand name. She called me back and told me which was available and I was very impressed with the price I paid for 50,000 mile tire. I told her I wanted something that could go through the snow and was maneuverable because I have a front wheel drive vehicle. She went above the Call of Duty and got me exactly what I needed.

Was quoted for a 2 hour job. After three I called and asked for an update they quoted me another hour and a half. I arrived ten minutes later to see then using my vehicle to transport and dispose of their trash in addition the mechanic decided he was enjoying my vehicle revving it in the parking lot while I watched. The job was already done but they decided they wanted to use my vehicle as a company car for their own uses and pleasure. I will not return and strongly advise you to avoid trusting your vehicles to them.

My daughter was going to go out of town on spring break and dropped off her car at Oxford Car Care. They contacted her with an estimate and she gave them the go ahead to fix her car. This car has had several coolant leaks in the past few years. Her car was ready to be picked up upon her return.

Oxford Car Care is one of the best automotive service centers I have ever had the pleasure of using. From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff who were eager to help me with my car needs.The facilities at Oxford Car Care are top-notch, with state-of-the-art equipment and a clean, organized workspace. The waiting area is comfortable and inviting, and the staff offered me something to drink, they also have a television in the waiting room, making it easy to pass the time while my car was being serviced.What really impressed me about Oxford Car Care, however, was the exceptional level of service I received. The technicians are highly skilled and knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly diagnose and explain any issues with my car, as well as providing detailed recommendations for maintenance and repairs.The service was prompt and efficient, with my car ready on time and in perfect working condition. I brought my car here to do an oil change. Everything was fine until the next day and my engine light comes on and it says my oil was low. I had no oil in the car. It leaked out. I put enough oil in it to get me to another shop and they tell me that Oxford car care screwed up and didn’t put something on, the filter had a hole in it and something else I couldn’t think of. I take the car back to Oxford after the other shop fixed my car and Oxford only offered a refund on the filter which was only a few dollars and a free oil change the next time. Why would anyone bring their car here after you guys messed up something like an oil change? I will never be back!
