Amazing, fast and courteous service. About a week after having an oil change done at a Valvoline shop my check engine light came on and I had a huge oil stain on my driveway. Generic Check engine code reader came back to a bad oil pump. Oxford Car Care was able to run a thorough diagnostic that ruled out needing a new oil pump (whew!) and had me all fixed up and on the road the next day. Will definitely use them for any future issues

Excellent service!! The air in my truck went completely out. No hot or cold air at all through the vents. They diagnosed the issue quickly as the blower motor and had the part ordered and repairs completed the next day. Pleasant and courteous staff and after calling Ram to price check, very reasonably priced! Would highly recommend and will use them in the future for sure.

I can't recommend [Oxford Car Care highly enough! When my son's car AC suddenly gave out, I was worried about finding a trustworthy place to fix it, especially since we live in TN and had to rely on someone else to handle the repair. From the moment I called, they were incredibly responsive and efficient.
First off, they quickly diagnosed the AC issue without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs—a rarity in the auto repair industry. Impressed by their honesty, I also decided to have them change my son's front tires, which were overdue for a replacement. Again, the process was seamless. They took care of everything without making it a hassle for me, which was a huge relief.
What really stood out was their commitment to making everything convenient. I live a busy life, so being able to handle payment over the phone was incredibly convenient and hassle-free. They truly understand the value of customer service and exceeded my expectations at every step.

Oxford car Care is a waste of money a scam only thing they good for is towing cars an oil change any major repairs they will not do it at all the customer service is the worst customer service ever do not do not waste your money this is a scam you have to give them car histories once you give me your car history they will come up with other excuses why they cannot fix the car do not waste your money the system is so messed up why you won't hold you and another customer will be connected together and we'll be talking the new operator the system is mediocre do not waste your money I am truly advising you and wanting you this is a scam the biggest Ponzi scheme ever I'm warning you do not waste your money it sound good it's not do not waste your money

I had a hitch installed elsewhere and I found it was loose and noisy. I walked into Oxford Car Care and asked if they would take a look at it, and the mechanic (I apologize, I didn't get the name) went right out and crawled under the car. He found the loose bolts and tightened them up, then cleaned up the wiring with some zip ties. I asked what I owed and he said nothing. You can tell a shop is focused on customer service when they give advice or do simple/quick things for free if they have time. I didn't have any complicated repairs done, but the three people I talked to were helpful and friendly. I can recommend them based on their customer service.

I've had a fantastic experience with Oxford Auto Repair on multiple occasions. I first visited them to get the starter replaced on my Lexus, and the service was impressively quick and efficient. The team was very responsive, ensuring that I was fully informed throughout the process. On a separate visit, I had my brakes serviced, and again, the work was quality and was done quickly. Their prices are reasonable, making them a great value for the quality of service provided. It's a relief to find a reliable repair shop with professional staff who genuinely care about their customers and their vehicles. Highly recommend!

Would give them a negative if I could. 2 cars 2 separate occasions. First one was just a alignment. They told me after having it for over a week they couldn't do it. I picked it up drove it 2 turns down the road to Monroe and they did it within a hour no issues.
Second one is my jeep. Dropped it off due to a no start issues (they replaced the starter) told me it was a broken ground charged me for fixing it. got my jeep did not even make it home with a no charging issues.. it's like they didn't even look at it or do anything. But still charged me.
Took it to Monroe again... they had it for about 2 hours told me the Ground, they put on was on paint and couldn't groud.. charged me $35 and back on the road I was.
In my experience this shop is not professional nor would I trust them to work on my vehicle as they not only did my dirty on one occasion but 2.

Great customer service! Definitely an affordable shop to take your vehicle to. They've worked on my truck and my son's and haven't had any complaints.

My daughter is a student at Miami University and far from home. Her Volkswagen needed an oil change and new tires, and Oxford Car Care was recommended to her by a university employee. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful, and the service was prompt and reasonably priced. We will use Oxford Care Care again if her car needs service while she is at school.
