If I could put zero stars I 100% would. My mom and I have lived here for the past five years. In the beginning, it was a great place to live. However, as we’ve cycled through different management I have to say that the woman I’ve spoken to most recently, Amanda, should never have a management position anywhere. There is a number of problems inside our trailer that have never been fixed or even addressed. They say they’ll come out, never do. Every time we call the office, no answer. When there was an answer, we were met with complete disrespect and utter ignorance from Amanda. There is mold in the bedroom ceilings. Terrible water damage in both bathrooms. The refrigerator recently broke. Dishwasher has never worked. Bugs coming in and out of cracks between the wall and ceiling. And what was her response? “Well why do you still live there?” Amanda, if you’re reading this which I’m sure you’re not since you’re incapable of executing any other part of your job correctly, not everyone has the privilege to be able to up and leave whenever they want. Your job is not to judge your tenants, but address their valid concerns and ensure a safe living space. Since you’ve proved incapable of doing so, I now ask if anyone at all has a corporate number or access to a higher up because enough is enough. I would ask Amanda, but she hung up on me when I asked…

I enjoy living here it is nice and quiet. Management and the workers are easy to talk to and will help in anyway they can. Rules are enforced to make me feel safe that unwanted people are not permitted on the property. The manager is really nice and I enjoy speaking with her.

I have been here for roughly 5 years, and have seen many managers come and go, but Liz has been wonderful to work with, and has been working hard to get the park into a much better shape than it has been in a long time. This place has a good future with her at the helm.

HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND LIVING IN THIS DUMP !!! My grandma and uncle passed away now the park trying to tear my family trailer down and growing up here makes me disappointed I wouldn’t live in this DUMP EVER AGAIN TRASH OFFICE WORKERS AND TRASH OWNERS

We have lived in this location for 2 years now. We live in a brand new trailer and have had many maintenance issues. They have not repaired any of them in the two years we have been here. We had to call the city to force them to fix the issues that where existing when we moved in and they still haven’t repaired them. They have illegally charged us late fees for paying paying on time. We are under going a law suit against them. I do NOT recommend this community.
