You know what you need in your life, especially in the summer when it's too hot for a full makeup look?? A lash lift! Grace did a great job with mine and I feel so much better about my short lil lashes. She was on time and very professional. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

I’ve been here twice, tried today for a 3rd time. All appointments with Gabby.
My first appointment was good. Second was ok, a mini mani/pedi was booked in the middle of my time. This left me sitting for an hour. I thought it was a fluke & happy with the end product I decided to let it go & not complain.
I booked an appointment for today 3-4 weeks in advance. I needed a partial highlight, cut & style.
I was really looking forward to my appointment because I very recently had hand surgery & have been unable to do anything to my hair. In addition I have a formal event to attend today.
I am a hard working mother & get very little “me” time. This was just an extra disappointment today.
My appointment was at 1:30, at 1:12 I received a phone call asking me to come at 1:45. I was told Gabby was running a little behind & to come at 1:45. I advised the women I had an event I had to be at & needed to be done no later than 5.
I arrived at 1:52 & Gabby was cleanly still working on a client. At 2:10 I questioned how much longer. I was told 8-10 minutes. The receptionist disclosed that Gabby was working on a client that wanted something completely different than what she booked for. In my opinion that client should have been asked to reschedule!
I finally left at 2:25, almost a full hour after my appointment! It wasn’t fair to me to continue to wait. Not to mention I wouldn’t have the time for requested services, get home apply makeup/get dressed & be at my event on time.
Now I’m left in need of highlight & cut. Not to mention I have no abilities to fix my hair one handed for my event tonight.
I’d advise to look for somewhere that’s values your time more!

It was my first time visiting and everyone was so welcoming!! I had my lashes done by Grace and they look gorgeous 🥹 she's so sweet and it was so relaxing I ended up falling asleep while she was doing them.

Got a Tulasara Facial - on the website it says 1 hr and 15 minutes - she said we were finished 45 minutes in. I hardly got any massage. The exfoliation and extractions were good but left feeling disappointed considering this was not what I paid for.

I canceled before I even booked I'm not going to pay in full for a service when I've never been here and hell idk if I even like it. Hair cutting is very delicate!!!

Visited on Friday August 11th. Got my very fist mini pedicure, Hillary was awesome. I will become a regular there. Love the atmosphere and friendliness of everyone there.By the way please let Hillary know that Ricky said nice job she will know what I mean by that.

Place is good for basic grooming services, but definitely not anything special. It’s the only good option if you are looking inside Oxford, so that’s the deal. It’s generally on the more expensive side. Their website needs a lot of work.

I just moved here from texas. Whenever i move somewhere new , i always look for an aveda studio. They have the best products and the staff know the importance of using their philosophy. My stylist was great and totally made me feel pampered. I love Luna Blu!

While everyone working there was very welcoming, and kind, the haircut I got from Aris was a disaster. I have curly hair, so maybe she assumed mistakes were ’t gonna be very visible, but it looks horrible. I have random patches of long and short hairs, layers are not blended and absolutely horrible.I went to her after receiving good reviews about her, I am not sure if she just doesn’t know how to cut curly/wavy hair or what happened but my hair looks terrifying and a lot shorter than I asked for, will not be going back.

I just wanted to get a small trim and it was awful! My hair was so choppy I had to go to another salon over an hour away just to fix it. There were several chunks taken out of the back of my hair. I have straight, fine hair. Would NOT go back and do NOT recommend.Service: Haircut
