got a self service car wash, the price was stated at $3 for 5 minutes- awesome right for a college kid! well my card was charged $10! how did that happen? i was watching the timer so i know i didn't go over the 5 minutes!

I have an issue every time i go, i called and notified the office but never received a call back. Vacuums near the road wouldnt even pick up, soap only worked on one side of my vehicle.
