My husband has left his regular barber in Hamilton ohio and started going to Great Clips for it was cheaper and he loved getting the coupons. But everytime we get a coupon from the Great Clips app they always say they can't use it do we end up paying full price. My question is why put those coupons on your app if people can't use them. Thats just not right.

I have been going to the oxford great clips for awhile now and have never been dissatisfied until yesterday. The girl was very nice but...... I have hardly no hair left. She said she was going to trim half an inch off and that was fine. She said my notes said to leave 3 inches. I have an inch or less. She cut all my natural curls off. I'm very very unhappy.

Don't go there 20 mins prior to closing. The expression one of the ladies faces showed was quiet loud and I knew she did not liked that a customer came in. The attitude following was also quite faint and I understand you work all day, as I have the same experience. However, I do not want to show my clients what I feel and make them think it's their fault. I just felt like it was wrong for me to come in because they were ready to go home. But it's also an extra for the business and possibly any tips. But at the end, we were dissatisfied with our haircut as it was uneven and there was even a bald spot on the side that a friend of ours found.
