This goodwill is excellent. Employees are friendly and efficient. Only problem with the store is that the air conditioning barely works. I think you are loosing business because of it! Please fix it!

Their doors say 10am open, but when you call on the phone it says 9am. Please update that if you’re unable to be open by 9am.

Most of what is here is dollar tree items with jacked up prices. They now sell the good items online! This place is a total joke, donate elsewhere!

Prices are too high for what they are. I've seen things that are brand new that you want $2 for and I can go to the Dollar Store and get it for $1.25. Some other items that are only worth 25 cents you want $2 for them.
Sure the cost of living went up and you have to pay your help. But the college kids aren't there all year long. And the residents are the ones that you should cater to. The people of Oxford especially the seniors is what holds that business there. Now I do appreciate the discount that you give seniors. That is very helpful. But the only time I can shop is on Monday to get that 35 percent off. I as with others as I am on a fixed income. We can't afford to go to TJ Maxx or buy new clothes at Walmart. I've seen you sell worn out jeans for $8. You had a sports coat in there that the inside pocket was duct taped. And you still wanted the regular price for it of what you sell the other ones for. Or you have broken pieces and you still put a high price on it. Like plastic storage containers they have a hole in them and you still try to sell them for four or five dollars.
I shop at a lot of different Goodwills. And it seems that they're merchandise is always in better shape. Your clothing that is not worthy of selling. You can always donate it to the Threads up. They will at least recycle it instead of you throwing it away. And as far as your other broken items if you can recycle them then do that.

Older guy had a terrible attitude. I asked if they do apple pay because there was an apple pay and google pay on the screen to pay and he got very rude. I then tried to tap my card and he proceeded to laugh and say in a rude manner “we don’t have tap either” yet there was a tap sign.

You can find anything here as long as you are there on the day they get it donated.

Very clean and organized. Wish that prices were more reasonable/affordable. Also they got rid of discount days. Overall decent place!!

It was nice although small. I found a couple kitchen items. Nice casual clothing. Neat and clean. Quiet. Peaceful.

Hidden gems await those with the patience to wait on the old folk as they slowly wheel down in front of the exact shelf your looking at. Fresh, picked-over product hit the shelves daily and while you shop, leading you to believe you might actually be an inconvenience. You dream of the day you find that million dollar Pokémon card, but it's been years and you've only found crooked shelves, broken records and a moderate dose of reality. Nonetheless, you just know that next time, that ever elusive treasure will be there among the morbid displacement of memories. Facility is generally clean and smells like you think it would. Staff are very friendly and professional. Always a pleasure!

Store was nice unfortunately couldn’t say the same about the female employee I encountered with dark black hair pulled back, poor personality and customer service skills. I’ll stick with my other goodwills that have decent employees that don’t act miserable towards customers

Two Saturdays ago we visited our favorite Goodwill store and our experience was not as enjoyable as our previous ones. A female employee (I didn't get her name but my son said it started with a B) was rude and on her phone either talking or texting. We were bumped into twice with no excuse me or apologies. This was very unprofessional.
