There was a glitch with their autopay and it tried to overdraft my account for $5000 to pay a balance that wasn't due and was at zero percent interest. When it finally got fixed they said the payment went through even though there was no funds and the balance is new credit issued at 28% APR. Both the branch manager and regional manager said tough luck pay the balance or hundreds in interest. Had to complain to CFPB and the federal trade commission to have it resolved. Paid off the balance when the actual due date came and withdrew all my money and went with ALLY bank. I used to keep my savings here and it was my main bank direct deposit but no more. They can't be trusted to do the right thing, a bank with no intergerty is no bank at all.

Love this particular location,.. probably my favorite in all 20 years of banking with this company,.. The people here are great,.. a big shout out to a banker named Jessica,.. working on on immigration paperwork and needed several things to provide proof and she went more than the extra mile several times over multi-week. Great job! Promote her now or move her to training department so you can have other people that are as awesome as she was

The experience has been terrible and lie after lie, with each new person I speak with I was told another lie. So I called this branch and tried to reach a manager and was told they were not there and as I am trying to ask questions, the clerk talked over me and told me she could not help me and neither could a manager. I will be closing this account immediately and will make sure everyone I know, knows about the terrible experience I have had. If I could have given a worse star review I would have!!!

Friendly people and all of that. But they neglected to mention to me that my new account would have a 30-day hold on funds. “Because it was newâ€. They even set up direct deposit for me so I would have a physical check to just cash. So, in short, I'm being left without any of my own cash for about a month because I wasn't told about all of this. I regret coming here greatly, and as soon as I have access to my money, I'll probably just switch banks to avoid this kind of thing.
