Was shopping when I witnessed the manager, Jillian I heard the employees say, berating and yelling at the employees over what seemed like a problem she caused. It was extremely unprofessional as it was right in the open. She kicked an employee out that was defending the other employee. Dubois needs to rethink their management if they want to retain their staff. Very embarrassing, I will not be recommending this store to my friends and family. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Our family has had a few visits under our belt at the Miami University bookstore. It's located Uptown with off street meter parking. A phenomenal selection of everything Miami that organized well. Attractive displays allow you to more easily browse. Textbooks are in the basement. Often you can find sales racks as we did. We picked up T shirts, hats and bumper stickers. I proudly wear my Miami Dad cap. Checkouts have been friendly. I will be returning over the next few years.

The staff is very accommodating and caring.The day of my graduation photos, I realized I had forgotten to pick up my stole and tassel from the mailroom. My partner remembered that DuBois carries those year round. We called and they had exactly what I needed in stock, except by the time we got there they would have just closed. They offered to wait for me past close and were kind about the whole situation, even wishing me luck with my photos!

A bookstore that doesn’t sell any books. It’s too bad that Oxford doesn’t have a proper bookstore for the community. They sell lots of school paraphernalia here, though. So get your tshirts and whatnot here

They no longer sell textbooks. A good idea would be to maybe put that fact on the website, so those of us coming from out of town know to not plan on purchasing books there. I guess they thought just getting us in the store we would by something but nope. We were too mad and put all our stuff down and left. Misleading. Change your name to “just another store selling Miami sweatshirts.”

I placed an order thru Marin, a student employee at the bookstore. She was professional, polite, suggestive, and very efficient with the completion and delivery of all the items I chose. On previous occasions, I mistakenly ordered from "fanatics". I will always order directly from the bookstore in the future. Learned that lesson the hard way.Thank you for your outstanding efficiency!

It's a bookstore, it provides a simple needed service and while there are no real problems there is nothing that makes it an experience or really enjoyable it's plain but useful.

Nice bookstore. Good selection of apparel though the women's department seems a bit small. Prices a little better than the official bookstore on campus
