Personally thinking of starting to drive the 20 minutes to the second closest CVS (even though this one is a 1 minute walk from me) or anywhere else for my prescriptions. The customer service is horrendous. I understand the volume at which they are helping customers, filling scripts, etc. but that is no excuse to treat your customers poorly - you can still be a nice human while you are stressed and busy. You can genuinely get kinder and quicker service at any college bar here on a bust Friday night. Every time I go in here I leave frustrated after waiting 45 minutes for my script that has been ready for over a day. This past time, they had it sitting in the counter right in front of me for 10-15 minutes before someone came and helped me. The main pharmacist was also very rude to the employees and during my long wait, I heard her yell at the employees. I also do not appreciate when the woman helping me was asking me about my personal prescriptions by shouting from way back in the aisles. I don't exactly want everyone in the whole store to know my personal business. They seriously need to figure it out here.

C'mon....it just isn't that hard to put the correct pharmacy hours in your Google and Yelp listings......and your in store signage differs from what's posted in the drive through.

I actually hate this place with all my being. I've moved many times and used many different CVS. But this place is ridiculous. If you want, or have, to call them, expect to be on hold anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half. My average time is an hour. I'm surprised if it's only 30 minutes. If you go in person and walk into the store it's not that bad. Their drive thru is basically the middle ground between the two. But if you're someone who mostly uses their app and delivery services and are forced to call them, their service is atrocious.

This CVS Pharmacy is so mismanaged its ridiculous. The Pharmacy can't keep their inventory of medicines. They can't process orders fast fast enough for pickup. Long wait at Pharmacy counter and drive through. If this place needs more personal hire them and stay open till 10:00. I've been switching prescriptions to Walmart who offer great drug discounts with Good RX.

As a student who needs their medication desperately without access to a car, not being able to pick up a phone call is entirely unacceptable. This pharmacy is not nearly busy enough to never answer the phone. They've wasted 30 minutes of my time on hold already. I will be transferring my prescriptions to Kroger next semester and encouraging others to do the same.

They NEVER answer their phone. In-person prescription filling is also hit or miss, because they might mess up the billing with insurance or misplace a medication/forget to fill a prescription, which happened to me before here.

Why allow people to send medication orders for their children to your store if you do not have an open pharmacy because you have no staffing for it??? Endangering people's children one day at a time, CVS

Due to Walgreens closing, I had my prescriptions transferred to CVS. I miss Walgreens so much. The first experience I had at CVS wasn't great. The pharmacy wouldn't fill my Rx the doctor called in because they didn't have time due to closing in 30 minutes. I would have been pretty upset if I needed this Rx right away, but I didn't, and so I let it go. The second experience was absolutely brutal. It took me 33 minutes to pick up one prescription that was all ready to go. There was an issue with the price, insurance, and billing which they were not properly trained at handling. I ended up paying twice as much as I should have because I just wanted to checkout and go on my way. But, then they tried charging me $20 over the price of the Rx. Nope. Once they fixed the pricing, the pharmacist needed to release the medication in the system. The pharmacist looked at me and said, I'm not going to do that right now because I'm in the middle of something. Ummm, what?! I just stood there not knowing what to do and the cashier was extremely rude and told me to look around to see how "slammed they are". I can empathize with their frustration but being rude and defensive is not the customer service strategy I would take. Overall, I need to find somewhere else that takes tricare.

Was on hold for the pharmacy for over 15 minutes. Hung up and called the store itself and asked I'd anyone is in the pharmacy. I was told they don't answer their phone if they're busy. Was transfered back to the pharmacy and have been on hold 17 minutes so far. A customer's time is just as important. Next time will fill the prescription at another pharmacy. TERRIBLE!

I have called the pharmacy 3 times on the dates of 11/2/2023 & 11/3/2023 and all 3 times have just turned the speaker on my phone waiting for someone to answer and have waited over 30 minutes before hanging up because no one will answer this is a terrible way to handle business I don't understand why health insurance even deals with these stores because they are terrible

You can't ever reach a person by phone in a reasonable manner. The drive though is closed intermittently, and you never know what you're going to get staff wise. They had a prescription for three days. I tried to pick it up was told come back in an hour. I came back 73 minutes later and was left to wait a few more minutes. I told the girl it was insane to me they'd had it for days and nothing was done. Her rebuttal, " you want to tell someone else?!" Such unprofessional behavior. It's really too bad my insurance wants me to use the

This is literally the shittiest pharmacy I've ever been to. The people there outright refuse to help you. Their online system is nigh unusable, but god forbid you expect help from a human person because they won't give it to you, they'll tell you to schedule online (doesn't work) or phone (just a bot, also doesn't work). On that note, they straight up don't answer their phone so calling them is useless.

EDITED: later that day, I went in to actually speak to them about it and surprised they were closed unexpectedly because they don’t have a pharmacist and they’re unsure of when they will open. Not really sure if these guys should even be allowed to have a pharmacy. I think too many people would end up without their necessary medicines…I’ve been waiting 18 mins now on the phone for a prescription they won’t fill because they “don’t have”. I called my doctors office today and they receipts of them acknowledging their reception of it. They are a terrible pharmacy that I always have problems with. I have gotten the same prescription for the past three months and no matter what every time I go it’s a three day ordeal.
