If you're looking for CrossFit-esque style workouts in Ox, this is the place. Before deciding to join, anyone can drop in to a Functional Fitness class. Class days/times should be up-to-date on the Miami Rec site under Chestnut Field House.

We took a tour because I need an indoor pool for my rehab exercises for my left total knee replacement. We were very impressed with the entire rec center and I am looking forward to using the pool and the indoor walking track once I am cleared by my orthopedic doctor to get in the water. Hopefully in about two weeks.
