Perfect customized service! The specially designed wheels can carry an overweight person like me, plus a super heavy laptop and a pile of books, over potholes and bumps in the ground without any problems. The model they recommended is also very good. It runs very fast and effortlessly on flat ground, just a bit difficult to go uphill. Really should have bought it 2 years ago.

Bought a used Giant bike from Craigslist, so I wanted to get it looked over. They replaced the derailleur, a cable, adjusted the brakes, oiled where needed, and generally gave it a tune up. All under $100. Highly recommended.

Shep was helpful on the phone and for assisting me retrieving my bike from my car! The other staff was friendly and professional in explaining what my bike needed for which they provided service….and for loading my bike in the back of my Subaru! I’m delighted my bike is like new!

We made a trek (pun intended) up to BikeWise from Louisville to pickup a Trek bike we couldn’t find locally. When we arrive the bike was ready and waiting, as anticipated.The team at BikeWise was patient, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire experience.In the process, we ended up coming home with two bikes - a second for our 9 year old.I’d recommend this shop highly and wish we were close enough to have our bikes serviced here regularly.

My husband had a flat tire and we had maintenance done on my bike and his. The Bikewise guys had our bikes finished in an hour. We live in Indiana but will always take our bikes to these guys. They did an excellent job!

I cannot compliment Doug and the staff at BikeWise enough! My road bike came back to me looking better than when I first purchased it. Repairs were completed in a timely manner, and I was called for pricing and any other issues before they fixed them. The price was even less than I expected. Please consider them for any needs. I was beyond impressed!!
